Costume Description/Image:
Modern Samurai Armor - Yamamoto's modern samurai armor is not like the armor of tradition samurai. The armor is lighter and has a more leather look to it. It is composed of a vest that is akin to modern ballistic vests. The vest features a left shoulder guard that is composed of the same material. It has a medallion that shows off twin dragons. It comes with several other arm cuffs, knee pads, ect. The whole thing covers the chest, back, knees, wrists, feet, and the left shoulder. This is worn for more planned out battles. For most other battles, Yamamoto will just wear his twin dragon jacket which is also laced with the same material as the armor.

Personality:
Yamamoto is commonly seen as brave and honorable, generally like a samurai. Following the code of the Bushido, he is a very honorable warrior. He is committed and focused to a task, and is always willing to die for what he is fighting for. This rigid commitment has been forged through a lifetime of Bushido. It is an example many other heroes and others who follow Bushido. Like most Samurai or those who follow the Bushido, Yamamoto refers to his sword as a part of his soul. Should he ever cast it away or lose it, his life is forfeit until he gets it back or commits seppuku, a samurai suicide ritual. Due to Samurai training, his willpower is undoubtedly strong, and he can resist even powerful mental intrusion.

After the loss of his original home and both of his father figures and masters, he is very protective of his friends, family, and home. The responsibility of protecting them with the added pressure of being a samurai has caused Yamamoto to feel very lonely at times even though he has close friends. Both the attempts at finding his mother and his brother have ended in disaster. The act of avenging his master has also increased his loneliness. However the recent peacefulness in his life and subsequently reuniting with his sister have relieved some of his loneliness.

History:
Quentin Yamamoto is the descendant of a samurai from the Meiji era. His hair took on a spiky, quill look thus he adopted his nickname "Quill". Yamamoto was orphaned at an early age by a mysterious killer; his mother and father both dead and his sister kidnapped. Yamamoto was taken in by the family that descended from servants under Yamamoto's family. The patriarch of this family was a practitioner of the exquisite art of the samurai sword. He began training Yamamoto from the age that Yamamoto could hold a training sword. They trained for years until the killer of Quentin's mother and father returned for his blood. In the struggle, Yamamoto's adopted family was killed. As a dying request from his master, he did not pursue the killer until he was ready; he would have been killed otherwise.

After being orphaned for a second time, Quentin Yamamoto decided to move to France where he met a master traceur that took him in. He was then trained in the art of Parkour while maintaining his practice in swordsmanship. Yamamoto also took up urban exploring and traversed the drains and restricted places using his Parkour skills. Eventually, the past caught up to Yamamoto and he was found by ninja hired by his family's killer. Using his developed skills, Quentin was able to dispatch all of the opposing ninja, however his new master was killed in the cross fire. One of the ninja alerted Yamamoto that his sister was also being held captive by his family's hunter. Suffering from the pain of the loss of two fathers, Quentin decided that he was ready to face his enemy, and avenge the families he had lost.

Upon his return to Japan, Yamamoto's hunter was alerted to his presence. Deciding that Yamamoto should be killed with honor, he had his security professionals use only samurai weaponry. Yamamoto had found out that his killer was the head of a tyrannical secret organization known as "The Samurai Hunters". Using the skills of a ninja, the organization decided to seek and destroy all remaining descendants of Samurai. After a week in Japan preparing and learning the location of the organization, Yamamoto readied himself to face them. He sneaked in at nighttime and fought with the guards. Slaying everyone of them, Yamamoto finally arrived at his adversary's quarters. They had a struggle and the mysterious killer eventually gained the advantage, but Yamamoto managed to summon the last of his strength win the fight. Yamamoto's opponent then committed seppuku with the end of his organization. Quentin was able to escape notice with his sister and they were never suspected by the local authorities. Living together in secrecy, Quentin and his sister began to think about moving to America...

Powers:
Peak Human Physique: Yamamoto does not possess any superhuman abilities, but instead has the peak abilities of someone of his height and physical build. As such, his agility, reflexes, speed, and strength are at the peak of what is possible for someone of his physical build.

• Peak Human Agility: Yamamoto's agility, balance, and coordination are all on par with some of the greatest Olympic athletes and acrobats.
  
• Peak Human Reflexes: He is borderline superhuman and as quick as a human can possibly be. With his reflexes, Yamamoto is able to slice a bullet in half with his titanium katana.
  
• Peak Human Speed: Yamamoto is at the maximum level of speed his physical body is capable of. He can sprint a two hundred meter dash in under eighteen seconds.
  
• Peak Human Strength: He is as strong as his physical body can allow without being superhuman. Yamamoto is strong enough to lift five hundred pounds over his head and is able to throw a full grown man clear across a room.

Abilities:

• Samurai Culture: Yamamoto possesses a great deal of knowledge about samurai culture including Bushido. He follows the Bushido, knows the history of Samurai, and what being a Samurai is generally about.
  
• Master Swordsman: Yamamoto is a master of swordsmanship; specifically Japanese swordsmanship. Yamamoto is a master of the art of the Samurai Sword. He has displayed the ability to cut down waves of professionals also trained and wielding swords. He also knows a limited amount of Sabre fencing due to his time in France.
  
• Martial Arts Master: He is of Japanese martial arts or "Budō". His skills are sufficient enough to take down a group of trained security professionals without the use of his sword. He also incorporates his Parkour into his martial arts for a more unique style. He has very rigid physical and mental discipline which is why his willpower is high enough to resist even mind controlling effects.
  
• Master Traceur: Due to his time in France studying with a master traceur, Yamamoto has become a master of Parkour. Greatly enhanced by his agility, he is on par with some of the best tracuers in the world. He can scale and cross the roofs of buildings with effortless grace.
  
• Languages: He is multilingual as he is fluent in English, French, and Japanese.

Yamamoto is five feet, nine inches tall. He weighs one-hundred, fifty-two pounds, and is athletically muscular. His facial structure and skin tone are of Japanese descent. A long, oval facial structure with large, wide eyes and a pronounced nose. His eye color is brown, and his hair color is black. Yamamoto gets his nickname, "Quill", from his hair's spiky nature. Yamamoto's black hair stands up and spikes out like the quills of a porcupine, for unknown reasons. He does not have any tattoos or body piercings due to his preferences. Yamamoto also does not have any noticeable scars as they all faded over the years.

Yamamoto prefers simple clothing as opposed to overly flashy, designed clothing. Black and red are the color scheme he usually chooses to wear. He will usually wear a black tank-top with a blood-red hand print in the center of his chest. The hand print was permanently stained into the shirt by his master's bloodied hand upon his death. On cold occasions, Yamamoto wears a black coat with red twin-dragons following the zipper. The coat is also made of bullet resistant material. His pants are simple track pants that fit into the color scheme; they are worn for comfort and practicality. The track pants are black with thick red stripes going down the seams. He wears a single glove on his right hand that is black and has a blood-red grip also from Yamamoto's master. On his left hand, he wears a titanium wrist band that was made from the leftover scraps of his sword. He wears professional tracuer shoes in the same color scheme as well. He also possesses modern samurai armor.

Roleplay Sample: Quill was finally going to face his families' killer after a night of slaughter all of their hunters. Quill had cuts all over him and was splattered with blood. He did not hesitate to approach the door of his hunter's room. Inside it was dark and the only light that could be seen was from the moon coming in through a window. Quill had his sword ready as he walked into the room. It was raining outside and lightning was constantly striking as Quill entered. A man stood up from his chair and revealed himself to Quill. He stood almost a foot taller than Quill and had very imposing muscle. The man revealed Quill's unconscious sister as well which only served to anger Quill. The man laughed as he drew his blade from its hilt on his side. The man held his sword up as Quill prepared to fight the monster that plagued his life...
