Personality: Easygoing in demeanor all the time, laughing at almost everything. He can rarely keep a straight face and finds joy in crushing the the strong willed into dust. He absolutely hates monotomny and order. He will do pretty much anything to keep himself entertained including murder or even helping a hero if he feels like it. What little ambition he has is aimed at making the world a more intresting place, by disolving it into chaos.

History: Born into a high end family his life would best be described as dull. From his early childhood he was taught the rules and manners of high soceity. His father was the fifth head of Helcraft Pharmacueticals, which he would take over when his father died. His families genetics which where passed down from the male side of the family gave him the same powers his father possessed. He was told to never use his powers in public and ofcourse did as he was told. He lead the sheltered and scholared life and at the age of twenty he was given a pick of high class women to choose a bride from. two years later his son was born sharing the same genetic powers.Thirteen years later after his father accidental death he inherited HelCraft Pharmacueticals, and millions of dollars. Unshackled from the nbonds of his fathers control he started doing things he had always dreamed of. Leaving behind the high soceity parties he began to do anything he could find that was more interesting, including going to bars, brothels, and the like. He eventually tamed down but did what his father considered the greatest taboo, he started using his powers in public. He kept his face hidden ofcourse and began doing even worse murdering, causing disapearances and causing general chaos for his own amusement. he then founded special orphanages around the world to look for children with psychic powers and he's located quite a few through that network of orphanages. After amassing a few kids with strong enough powers he decided to amp up his carnage and take on any heroes or villains that get in the way of his fun.
