Personality: Thomas's personality is that of an actor. He can play the nice guy and, when no one is looking, turn into the most evil man on Earth. He can change into a sweet talking, kind man, to win someone over. Then when he's finished he'll stab the man in the back.

When he's not acting, his emotions are like that of a man playing chess. He seems always focused on the multiple pieces on the chess board and predicting what moves he would do next. His attitude is neutral when he is alone, no emotions could even brim the service of his face.

Thomas is incredibly brilliant. He has a staggeringly large I.Q. and his ability of quick thinking can save his life in certain situations. His mind already plans ahead with every situation and he is never caught off guard unless a super human comes to play in his plans or interactions. Then he thinks of ways to befriend or betray the super human.

Before Christmas time murder, where his father was tied up and forced to watch his mother being raped by thugs who had broken into his family's home, he was abnormal to the other children due to his high I.Q . He was shunned by most children and was always alone. Deep inside he wanted some sort of friendship. This was before the Christmas time murder. After he hated mankind but kept a friendly attitude when approached or approaching a human.

History: Thomas was born into a rich family. His father was a lawyer and his mother was a CEO for a credit card company. He was born on the 11th of February, 1993 and was the only child in his family. His childhood life consisted of bitter loneliness and his school life resembled his childhood life. Children would try their best to avoid Thomas as much as possible, even his speech had driven them away. He was too intellectual for his age.

On the day of Christmas, when he was ten years old, his mother and father had finally had time to celebrate the holiday's together. As they were opening presents at midnight the door to their apartment home was kicked down and six thugs came in. Thomas's father quickly hid Thomas in a nearby closet, where he would be safe. Unfortunately, he had a full view of the crime in progress. His father was tied down and his mother was raped by the thugs.

When they had their fun they killed Thomas's parents and began to tear the house apart for valuables. One of the men opened the closet, finding Thomas staring blankly at his mother and father. The thug that had opened the closet did not participate in the rape of his mother. He had looked away, something had bothered him with what these thugs were doing. The man was about to close the closet, not telling the other who was in there.

One of the thugs decided to look and see what the other had found and saw Thomas, still staring blankly at his mother and father. The other thug grabbed Thomas by his hair and dragged him out. Thomas didn't yell or scream for the man to let him go, the shock of the murder prevented him. The other thug forced Thomas to get on his knees and took out a pistol. The thug that had tried to hide Thomas just stood there, unsure of what to do. The rest of the other gathered around for the execution.

When the bullet escaped the barrel of the gun, the exit pressed against Thomas's forehead, the bullet stopped. Thomas slowly looked up at the thugs, his eyes full of hate. The house began to shake, the floor boards lifting up, floating around the circle of thugs. The one that had fired his gun backed up, the bullet falling out of the barrel. The boards dove into the thugs flesh, some through their head, neck, and chest. While the thug that had tried to help Thomas stood by, watching his fellow thugs die by floor board. As the others fell around the boy, Thomas's mind began to come out of the shock. He cried as he realized his mother and father were dead and he was alone.

The thug that had helped him, Cato, quickly grabbed his hand and forced him to follow. Once they were in an alleyway, far away from the crime scene, Cato told the small boy that he wasn't going to be alone. Cato was Otac's first friend. Cato had taken Thomas into his home, which was an abandoned factor that acted like a meeting place for the once thug gang, and taught him everything he knew.

Questions buzzed his mind as he thought of why, why did no one save his family? Then the thought began to form into a plan, and then a goal in life. When he turned eighteen he knew how to rob banks with the appropriate gear, how to avoid the police, and even how to murder a man without having any evidence that would link the crime to him. He knew how to achieve the low crimes and the high stakes crimes. There was one thing he had to do.

On Christmass morning, Otac (the name given to him by Cato to show how they were family now) had suffocated Cato with his pillow. Finally, all the thugs that were guilty had died. The only reason it took so long to kill Cato was because he wanted to learn how to become these SuperVillains he heard about in the News. He left the factory, finding an apartment building he "convinced" the owner to allow him to stay "rent free".

Powers:
Telekinesis: Otac has the ability to lift objects with his mind that are as heavy as a tank. He can levitate multiple objects without inacting any hand movement. He simply can stand and look at an object, lifting it with his mind. Sometimes he doesn't have to look directly at the object. As long as he knows and had seen the object, he could lift it up with his eyes closed. He also has the ability to send a shockwave of mental power towards an opponent or object. This ability is strong enough to push a tank but not strong enough to send the tank flying. He can use telekinesis to lift an object up and mental blast to send it flying further than simply throwing the object mentally. If his opponent is close enough, also if the target is a normal human being, his mental blast fully charged could tear a hole through a target he is looking at.

Quick Learning: With his I.Q. at an abnormal high, Otac can learn anything that is unknown to him at almost an instant. From how to cook to how to hack computers without being traced, he can learn a subject that he does not know in almost an instant.

"Stay in here," Mr. Phanax said, pushing his son into the opened closet and closing it, accidently leaving the door slightly open as the door to their home broke down, ",do not make any noise." Thomas Phanax looked through the opening of the closet door. He wanted to know what was happening ,why his father forced him to hide. Then the answer came. Six men came in, each with either a handgun or a blunt weapon. The center man, Cato, pointed towards the father saying "Tie him up." Three of the men quickly grabbed and tied his father, forcing him to kneel down. He then pointed towards Mrs. Phanax, saying "Tie her up." But before the other two men did so, a burly man by the name of Jace said. "Why can't we have some fun with her? You don't see an opportunity like this in every raid." Cato frowned at Jace's suggestion but he had no choice. It was either have Jace force him to give the order or have Jace go ahead and enjoy himself. "Fine, but I'm searching the house with Kris for anything valuable." Cato said in a disgusted voice as he and Kris left the room in search for anything valuable. Jace just smiled as he approached Mrs. Phanax, who looked towards the closet where her son was and mouthed the words "Don't look." Jace immediately smacked her, sending her to the floor of the room. Thomas watched in shock as his mother was raped by this man, Jace.

Thomas felt numb, unsure what he should do at this moment. As Jace finished he strangled Mrs. Phanax while one of the three men that had tied Mr. Phanax down pointed a handgun at him and fired, executing Mr. Phanax. Thomas just watched, his eyes wide and in disbelief at what was happening. The closet door suddenly opened and Kris looked down. "Found their brat." He said, grabbing the color of Thomas's Pajama's as he was thrown onto the floor. Jace looked down at Thomas. "A little boy? More fun, right guys?" He asked as he grabbed Thomas's color and forced him to kneel. Thomas's senses were starting to return and anger rose as he faced the man who had raped his mother. The house began to shake as Thomas's uncontrolled rage rose. The men looked around as the floor boards cracked, lifting up, and floating around the men. The floor board's jagged and sharp ends launched and cut into the men's flesh, blood splattering on the walls. Jace's neck had a floor board stabbed, Kris's chest was pierced by a floor board, sticking him to the ceiling. They all died a painful death while Thomas knelt down, his anger slowly depleting, his power draining from his body. Cato entered the room to see if his friends were alive, but he approached a scene of pure gore. The bodies of his friends lay limp on the ground with a boy in pajamas in the center, kneeling. The boy had fainted and Cato just stared. How could one child do such a thing? He wouldn't have raided this house if it had children, it was not how he raided. This boy, this child had done something that he had never seen. Which gave him an idea, he would use Thomas to pull of bigger raids. These men that lay dead he cared for but this opportunity shouldn't have a single tear shed. He picked Thomas up like a baby and brought him to his hideout.

Cato gripped the pillow as it was forced on his face, the life being taken out of him, uselessly trying to push the pillow off of his face. In a mature, older voice, Thomas spoke "I have planned this for ten years. Ever sense you started my training, teaching me how to mug people properly, taught me how to control my powers, and taught me everything there is to know on how to be a low life criminal. You were useful but I want to be something more. I had hated you for ten years, for what you did to my mother, to my father, and to me. " Thomas stood over Cato, looking down at the pillow he was pushing with his mind as Cato struggled to get it off. He had taken a nap on the couch, his old age weighing him down, the mistake costing his life. The factory in New York City was once a car factory but had shut down due to a scandal from the CEOs. The center of the factory was the living area for Cato and Thomas. A mat for Thomas and couch for Catom, a small T.V. on a cardboard box in front of the couch. As the life was taken out of Cato, and his final breath came, Thomas had an idea. "Those super villains on the news, they could rob banks and escape prison like it was a Calculus. Those beings are like gods, able to do what they want. But they had names, feared by many and praised by none. I will have a name like that. I remember I called you 'Otac'. You would hit me and say that your name is a Greek Philsopher. I like that name 'Otac'. It will be the last thing you will hear." Cato's body went limp and the pillow stopped it's force full push. Otac smiled down at what he had done. He turned away from Cato, leaning down and picking up a cash box off of the coffee table, which was really another box. The box was filled with the money Cato and Otac had taken from mugging people and raids.

Otac had a goal. Become a Super Villain.

Sorry, you can't start out with a 7 stat

Indeed, you can not start with a 7 Stat. Also, Reading minds is frowned upon, although I elieve telepathy is still OK, but don't hold me to that. Anyways, Mental blast just seems as another application of your telekinesis, so it should be OK. However, you'll need to split EP for telepathy if you want that, or add another EP bar. I believe telepathy is worth 2 or 3 EP, so...yeah. I've noticed that if you move your INT to 6, you should have 2 points left to apply to telepathy if you want it. Also, do you intend on using your telekinesis to fly, if so you'll need to spend 2 points on that.
