Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Hallow's equipment
Hallow's Billyclub
Hallow wields a multi-purpose weapon that has many different modes. It's initial form is two billy clubs held together by an extendable cable. It can shift from a nunchaku- like weapon to a manrikigusari(a long rope/chain weapon with two weights on its ends), dual billy clubs which can be wielded in an Eskrima-like fashion, staff, or a cable with a grappling hook. The weapon can also be adjusted to combine both sticks into an Eskrima stick. The weapon is held by a holster on the side of his left leg. In addition to those abilites, the billyclub holds two weapon developments known so far only to Hallow and Butler.
The first is a electric shock device capable of a level 7 EP like stun. The battery holds enough power for one level 7 blast or multiple strikes equal to level 7. For example Hallow would be able to do one level 4 blast and then one level 3 or seven level 1 blasts. One completely drained the battery will have to be changed before Hallow can use that attack again.
The second addition is a sonic device that shoots white noise out at high decibles. it follows the same rules as the electric shock and shares the same battery. This means that Hallow can do a level 3 sonic attack and a level 4 electric shock for example before changing the batteries.

Hallow's Armor
The armor is made of hardened kevlar plates on titanium-dipped tri-weave fibers and is broken into multiple pieces of armor over a more flexible bodysuit for greater mobility. The gloves are made of a dense but malleable leather with ribbing on fingers (palm side), raised piping and convex metal knuckles (topside). Mesh detail appears just beneath the palm and inside the three recessed louver-like shapes located on both topside. There is a mobile computer in the left guantlet that is directly attached to Hallow's personal computer used for his superhero work and it can also access the internet. The glove designs that incorporate fingertip blades also have joint armor-reinforcement in the glove, from the wrists and knuckles to the fingers. Additionally, Hallow hides a few pieces of his arsenal in his gloves, such as a lock pick. The armor increases durablity by one point, however normal armor piercing rounds or multiple blows from super powered beings (any level 4) will still cause damage.
The basic design of the boots are modeled on Tactical boots, but they are made from lightweight rubbers and are much more flexible to allow for full extension when kicking. The boots feature a unique "slingshot" ankle reinforcement design that acts as both armor and as reinforcement for the ankle joint when kicking or landing from high distances. The bottom is a flexible split sole design and is textured for a variety of surfaces. The boots also have steel toes, making them much more effective when on the offensive. Although Hallow is already an accomplished Olympic level swimmer, he installed underwater propellers in the heels.
Hallow's Mask
In addition to concealing his features and contributing to his imposing appearance, Hallows's mask serves other purposes. The mask is depicted as having defense mechanisms such as electric shock or stun gas in order to prevent unauthorized removal (a powerful sleep agent, however a lvl 3 durability can resist it.), as well as being lead line to avoid xray powers. The mask has special visions, like infrared vision (heat sensors), night vision, and ultraviolet vision. The cowl's visor is also a digital camera for obtaining evidences. All the vision tech was designed by Hallow's father to correspond with his telescopic vision.
There is a comlink/radio programmed into the mask so that Hallow can keep in contact with anyone who has the frequency that he is using at the time. Also the comm-link can also scan police radios and other communication frequencies. The mask's Kevlar panels provide a level of protection for his head against firearms. The front of the skull and the sides of the temples also have small armor inserts to increase the effectiveness of skull strikes and protect from concussive blows.
Hallow's Jacket
The Jacket incorporates Nomex fire-resistant/retardant material and a Kevlar weave to slow the impact of bullets. The jacket ends also contain some sort of weight tips that prevent it from getting tangled or blowing in his face in windy conditions. The weights can also be used for offensive purposes, like striking an enemy by whipping them around. it also holds extra pockets for equipment that Hallow's belt can not hold.
Hallow's Utility Belt
Based of a simple workman's belt, the belt hold equipment and a high tech seecurity device that keeps in locked on his body till Hallow wants it removed. The following list is what Hallow usually carries in the belt and also his jacket for extra if needed.

■ Infrared ordnance

■ Forensic analysis kit
■ First aid kit
■ Lockpicking tools
■ Shuriken (different types explained below)

Hallow's Shuriken
They are based on the traditional Japanese concealed weapon that was generally used for throwing, and sometimes stabbing or slashing. the Shuriken are primarily used to cause either nuisance or distraction. Targets were primarily the eyes, face, hands, or the feet, the areas most exposed under armor. Hallow often throws in a way that cuts the opponent and become lost, later causing the opponent to believe that they were cut by an invisible swordsman. Hallow has some specially modified ones however that he carries on his person in case of emergancy. The first type is an explosively charged type. They are only powerful enough really to blow through doors if Hallow is in a hurry and a level 5 durablity should be unharmed by them. The second is an electrified one that is as powerful as a small taser, and they would do no damage to a level 4 durablity.
