Personality: Is a cheery hero with a strong sense of justice isn't a shoot to kill hero prefers to leave it to the law once the villain has been taken down. He can be a loner at time's and can prefer his own company to others. He is an arty guy who sketches, paints, writes and sings you name the art form vocal or physical and he can most probably do it. Brave and isn't scared by much no known fears and isn't particularly bovered what people think about him cause in his view he can allow them to have their opinion but he can also have his.

History:
Ashley was born special but not normal special extraordinary special for at the age of 5 he was discovered to have wings when out on holiday in Spain he was in a paddling pool and got hot so he took off his shirt and they were revealed his parents quickly got a towel and covered them before rushing him back to their villa. They were supportive of him and told him he was something special and should never let anyone get him down.

At the age of 12 he was on his way home from school and was wearing a hat for he didn't enjoy being seen when a man ran past barging him to the ground he looked up and noticed he had a bag what looked like the stereotypical swag bag. Ashley however knew he couldn't just stand by and do nothing like his parents had always said because have they ever really seen it from his point of view, nope so he got up and threw off his coat before pressing a button on a pair of hi-techish suspenders and the back opened up allowing his wings room and he instantly took off after the criminal but, by the time he had found the crook he was already in a car along with 3 other guys so Ashley sped up flying over to the car before landing on the roof he then leaned over the edge of the car before tapping on the window the 4 criminals looked an started to swerve one guy out of fear stupidly wound down his window to try and shoot at him but before he had a chance to get his gun out the window Ashley had already pulled him out and stuck him on a tall lamp post by his jacket then flew off after the others suddenly he felt the wind on his side and once he reached the car he flung out his hand and the car rose. Ashley looked in amazement at his own powers before putting the car on it's roof as the police approached and flew off home taking the back alleys unseen

At the age of 13 the police came knocking asking about it as they had received information that the boy looked like Ashley who of course it was so he ran to his room and leapt into his closet and locked it from the inside. The so-called police entered the room but before you knew it you heard shouting and gunshots Ashley burst from his closet before any harm was done and got rid of them as they had found out where he lived his life had changed so the moved across the pond to Manhattan in New York within a month for he had a knack with the internet and had found them a cheap place.

At the age of 16 Ashley returned home to find the police on his doorstep and apparently his parent had been killed supposedly by accident when his father was actually rammed off the road and into the path of oncoming traffic The car was rammed and shunted till a giant car crash had happened his parents apparently the cause so, within a month Ashley had to go collect his stuff from the will fortunately for Ashley his mother was a government PA and his father a Graphic's designer for a big company, So there was roughly 5 million in the will all left to him so the money was moved to the bank and Ashley then started his life in search of making justice for the innocent and Stop crimes like this happening to others. That was the Making of the white light eagle and after two years he had a back-up cover up job at a music company and the gear for his other work and went off into the city, the story had begun.....

Powers:
Flight - thanks to his wings.
Strong Armour - what can cover his wings to make them metallic which were able to be used as a shield blocking a few bullets.
Wind control - He also had the power to control the wind element from the age of 12 able to blow back an enemy as far a 20 yards and to slow down an oil tanker just enough to get out of the way.
strength - Olympian strength capable of lifting 1000 pounds.

Normal Person Piece:
Ashley walked into the bar and sat at a bar stool leaving a one seat gap between him and others. Ashley then looked up pushed up his hat and said to barmen "can i have a Guinness please" he awaited a reply from the barmen.

He then handed the barmen the money before drinking it his drink slowly not wanting to rush it and get drunk, Because he was careful like that when he finished he left the glass on the side tilted his hat back down and went out of the door to the bar. Ashley then spotted a guy getting mugged down a back alley so he went in another alley took off his jacket and pressed a button on his shirt which in turn fully suited him up except for his mask once he had his suit on he took his mask from his jacket after folding it neatly and ran across the street.....

Hero Piece:
White light reached the other side of the street as he was fairly new and unheard of in these parts the muggers laughed not knowing his potential before they knew it. White light flew into the air and fired projectile's at the muggers careful not to hit their victim these hit pinning these guys against a wall by their clothing. They then slipped their jackets and took two scaffolding poles from the floor and lunged at him. White light drew his staff as well before twirling it making winds blowing them back forcing them to drop their weapons he then ran at them and rammed his staff into their guts before knocking them over the head with the staff they in turn fell to the ground knocked out White light then took out two sets of cuffs he was carrying what come with the suit and cuffed them to drain pipes before turning to warn the victim to be more careful, but when he'd turned round the victim was long gone.

You do not have the proper INT to have any impressive equipment. 3 DUR is not a strong armor, or considered much armor at all really. You have 3 EP type powers, and only 2 EP. Meaning you have little to no power in your attacks, which have to be split off between powers. You can't stop an oil tanker with 2 EP.

Unless you have at least 4 EP, you won't be able to even slow a tanker, let alone stop one. And with 4 EP, you must have to split other EP powers as well. So in order to have all the powers you want, you must sacrifice other points from other places to EP.

i'm gonna make one final set of changes again and hopefully it will be fine but i'm removing invisibility.

I'll consider the wing armor and projectiles one power. The strength of that would be determined by your EP, but seeing how you already have the power to control wind, the strength of these two powers would be severely reduced since you have to split. My suggestion would be to choose one or the other. So once you make that decision, I'll approve and move you.
