Dr.Everyone's Deadly Grenade

Inside the grenade (the outer shell of which is made of a slightly strong glass, which is still easily broken by contact with something solid) is a smaller glass ball filled with (100% pure) hydrogen peroxide and chlorine trifluoride. Out side of the smaller glass ball is white phosphorous. There is less phosphorous than the hydrogen peroxide-chlorine trifluoride. (Let's just call it HPCT) When the grenade is thrown, the outer grenade shell and the inner glass ball shatter, having the phosphorous mix with the HPCT. The phosphorous ignites the hydrogen peroxide, which in turns ignites the chlorine-trifluoride. The flames will burn vigorously, and because of the chlorine-trifluoride, will burn very hot, for a long time. It is capable of burning through concrete.

This works on 4 int, and the Doctor only carries two with him at a time.
