Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Legacy |
Personality: He is by nature highly energetic and incredibly lively. He is brash and eccentric, his personality often seeming very alien to those around him. He often shows over optimism and a childlike recklessness, though it is almost always part of the greater scheme behind his actions. He can be smug, often boasting about his feats and knowledge. He prefers to resolve problems through negotiation, rather than violence, but can have a mean streak when pushed. He does not hide his emotions, most notable his anger. He has a strong sense of right and wrong and is known to be on occasion incredibly selfless, but this often conflicts with his overwhelming urge for self preservation. This means that he is known to make selfish decisions in the heat of the moment which he tends to later regrets and hates himself for it. He has hidden survivor’s guilt about much of his past. As a consequence of this, he is often overprotective of those close to him, afraid that he might hurt them with his actions. He often lies, though mostly to protect others from knowledge he believes would be harmful to them. As a quirk, he has the tendency to think out loud, but since he is capable of thinking much faster than he can speak, it often comes out as gibberish to those around him. He often rambles or goes off on tangents, constantly making amendments to his previous sentences. He has an eidetic memory, and he's incredibly good at solving puzzles and seeing things everyone else might overlook. He often has the habit of pacing, walking erratically and in circles when talking or thinking. He always articulates his thoughts and words with hand gestures, often to the extreme. He has a habit of fidgeting and even dancing (badly) when thinking, especially when worried. He has been known to unintentionally insult others with careless comments, often without realizing. He often does things that seem very much childish, and often reacts inappropriately to normal social situation, only the later realize his error. In a romantic situation, he is initially incredibly awkward, though when the walls come down he becomes very personable. He is a chain smoker, preferring pipes and cigars, but settling for cigarettes when necessary. He is fond of pens, especially clicking ones, often clicking them impulsively or twirling them in his hand. On occasion, he twirls them with his mind. He is incredibly obsessive compulsive, with an impulsive attention to details. He has a strong propensity for language, quickly picking up not only language, but also a natural accent. Consequently, having taken up residence in England, he has a strong British accent. However, in times of duress, he often unconsciously reverts to his native Ukrainian accent. History:

- Spoiler:
- Doctor Mercutio Sheperd stood in front of an abandoned warehouse at the wharf in Liverpool. It was foggy and late spring, and the whole scene reminded Sheperd of the opening scene to a film noir. He expected at any moment for J. J. Gittes or Rick Blaine to trudge up to him at any moment, asking for a light. Anxious as to his mission, Sheperd gnawed on the end of his unlit cigar, wishing he, himself, had a light. He was never a real fan of field work. It almost always ended in some sort of fight, so gratuitous bout of violence which he inevitably had to end. MI6 ran with nasty company.
Through the fog, he saw his contact waddling towards him, a incredibly pudgy man, with thick black curls. The individual stopped about ten feet from the Doctor.
“So, you da wise guy who has des schematics?” the large mass of fat asked in an accent rather peculiar to Sheperd.
“Aye, that would be me.”
“Well den hand ‘em ovah.”
“Now wait right there, fellow. We’ve only just begun to get to know each other. Why don’t we find a place where we can sit down? I’ll grab a bottle of Rothschild Pauillac, we can have a nice little chat, maybe get a steak.” Sheperd replied.
“I dun need no Rofchid Pulluck. Juz hand it over, and I’ll give you the list of names.”
Sheperd slid his briefcase over the fat man, unable to help giggling at how much this reminded him of a movie.
“Thanx,” he replied. Producing a manila envelope, he stepped forward to hand it to Sheperd.
Bam! Sheperd winced a small bits of what was once the man’s head splattered across his face.
“F***!!”
Sheperd snatched up the falling envelope, braking into an all out sprint for nearby warehouse. A hail of bullets trailed behind him, sparking and ricocheting off of cement.
Yanking the door open with his mind, Sheperd dove inside, turning to see the portions of the door frame that lost in their battle with the bullets.
“Not like I didn’t see this coming,” Sheperd sighed to himself, “but I would have preferred to have avoided this nonsense.”
He then removed a pen form his pocket, one he often vented his frustration by clicking. With a sigh he stuck his head out quick, pulling it back as a barrage of bullets came his way.
“Hmm. Downward trajectory. Maybe 5 or 6m? But it’s away from me. Then to the left side. My side. Hmm. Then the building to the south, second story.”
He ran to the southern side of warehouse. There he found the side exit. Jumping against the wall to the side opposite the hinges, Sheperd flung the door open with his mind. A second later a hail of lead rained in.
“I was correct.”
With that Sheperd looked around the warehouse. About 10m down the hall lay a pile of refuse, and leaning against it a sheet of aluminium siding, much like that which comprised the walls. Using his mind, Sheperd snatched it up, bringing it to the door. Then, tearing the door from its hinge, he layered the two, making a thicker bulwark. Lead began to pummel the shield as he jumped behind it. He made a run out the door; all the while lead raining down upon his now disintegrating shielding. But the sound of it hitting was all he needed. The pen lifted up above his shield, clicking to extend the end. And with a thwunk, the pen shot forth through an open window, and through the jugular of the sniper.
Silence fell, broken only by the clink his blood soaked pen coming to rest next to him and the sound of police sirens in the distance.
“Dammit. This list better have been worth MI6’s time. Now my favorite pen is ruined. Eww.”

Big change was appearance. I don't hold the same aethetic values I held four years ago.
