Description: His walking stick is also a two in one weapon. His cane is a gun as well as a knock out gas dispenser. One button shoots, the other releases the gas.
Name: The Paralyzer
Description: Dr.Everyone carries on him a durable syringe full of a strong paralytic. If someone with the same END as Dr.Everyone is injected, they will be unable to move for about an IC hour, longer for those with less END. For every END point above Dr.Everyone's, the time paralyzed is decreased by 15 minutes.

Description: Dr.Everyone has a pair of brass knuckles that are also capable of sending the standard non-lethal charge of a police-issue tazer to whoever gets hit by them. They of course only work for one hit, and after that need to recharge for 6 hours. But after that, their still brass knuckles.

You're going to need to down how much INT every item is working with, by the way you shouldn't make all of your items work at level five. You should also say how many post in total it will take until you can use your weapons effectively again.
On a side note, I wouldn't use your own durability as a point of reference when describing how powerful one of your items is. Just say 3 DUR or something.
