Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Hiring a Harbinger (closed to Sim)
Nightkill waited in a small bar in downtown Trenton, New Jersey. He went to New Jersey often, though he preferred his own city of New York City. He knew New York City like the palm of his hand, and often walked streets with his eyes closed. Not for long, because then he remembered it was suicidal to walk New York streets with your eyes closed, an opinion that would be reinforced by a few swearing drivers who would stick up their middle fingers.
Fun times.
Trenton was a similar place, though it was different. Nightkill had been here many times, but generally found it a terrible place to be. He was here on a business trip outside of Harbingers (perfectly legal business, in fact. It was about cleaner sources of energy, which idiots still had not found or accepted. Only now, when the oil seemed like it would be gone, did they even care.) His contact was here on a job. Nightkill sipped his coffee, and looked up for a person that would match the description of who he was looking for.
Clockwork.
Her real name was unknown to Nightkill, but he didn't mind too much. Secret identities had to be kept, but he generally cracked them sooner or later. People were more careless than they liked to believe. Then again, nobody was fond of admitting the areas in which they lacked. Nightkill would happily note his intellect, but would be unable to tell you about his little arrogance issue.
He looked outside. Trenton traffic was massive, and horns blared once in a while. Some thugs had tried to mug Nightkill. He strongly encouraged them to get a better life, by taking them inside the bar, giving them some coffee and a few dollar bills, and telling them that the very bar they were eating in needed more workers, as the Help Wanted sign would say. The thugs signed up. Nightkill knew some would go back to crime, but a few seemed genuinely interested in doing things straight. He was glad to do his part in the world.
The door opened, and Nightkill glanced up. "Hello, ma'am." he greeted his guest. "Pleased to meet you."

Re: Hiring a Harbinger (closed to Sim)
Steyr Strolled into a bar in downtown Jersey, looking a little too nice to be there. A white Beret kept her blonde hair out of her shockingly blue eyes that quickly scanned the room. Her face was pale and flawless, as if she was a living statue. A blue bow decorated the breast of her white and teal jacket which extended down past the tops of her high boots, the heels of which clicked on the hard floors of the bar. Her small hands were covered in black buckled gloves. Indeed, dainty was a good word to describe the how the woman appeared. This was far from the truth of course.
A man glanced up from where he was sitting. "Hello, ma'am.” He said directly to her. . "Pleased to meet you." Victoria nodded towards him, asking the question to confirm he was her client. “A pleasure sir. Do you happen to have the time?” She spoke with a pleasant British accent. Of course, she could don any accent she wished, but London was her hometown of sorts. Once the man gave the appropriate response, Victoria took a seat beside him. She didn’t bother introducing herself. Since he knew the password he certainly already knew who she was, At least by her codename. Even though Victoria had no real identity to speak of, it still helped to conduct business under a different name. She spoke in a quiet, confident tone. “Given the nature of this indefinite contract, I felt it prudent to handle this personally. We would have to meet anyway after all.” The bartender looked at her as if waiting for an order, but Victoria waved him off. “It seems that the matter of price isn’t a problem for you, so I won’t bother discussing what’s already been sorted out. However, there are some unusual condition I will have to insist on.” She glanced at her potential employer. “I must be allowed to ask whatever questions I wish. If I’m going to assassinate a political leader, I wish to know why he deserves death. If I am protecting someone I wish to know why his life is more important than another’s.” She spoke her words with a precision, as if she had practiced them repeatedly. “Don’t get the wrong impression. I don’t have a need to be satisfied by your answers, and will always do the job I am paid for. I am sure my reputation speaks for itself in that regard.” Victoria assumed he was familiar with Clockwork’s reputation, simply because he was trying to hire her. Not to mention someone with his money probably had the connections to be aware of what went on in the so called underworld. “If these conditions are not a problem, then perhaps you should see fit to explain what exactly you want me to do.”

Re: Hiring a Harbinger (closed to Sim)
Nightkill nodded. "Of course. I will tell you the full story about any person I need you to dispose of" Dispose of. What a nice way of putting it. "And in return, you will carry it out. The pay and such has already been arranged. Now, as for why I have hired you..."
"The Harbingers needs forces. It needs people with skills, people capable of getting the job done. The members of the Harbingers are rather a diverse lot, and capable of dealing with any situation. From your reputation, you are a woman for the job." he explained. "If you have questions on what the ultimate goal of the Harbingers is, I will be more than happy to explain."
"I have a trial run job for you. I need you to capture, perferably capture alive, a man named Wallace Johnson. He is a former scientist who worked with superhuman genetics. His knowledge could be useful for my purposes." he said.
He extended a hand toward Clockwork. "Welcome to the team, ma'am."
