his eyes flashed open at the sound of the shower starting, he sat up stretching his arms above his head and yawning widely. He got out of bed wearing nothing but a pair of zombie boxers saying 'bite me' all over them. He lived in a small apartment with his girlfriend Kitty, he kept the place by generously paying more than most people, hell you'd be hard pressed to find a hotel that would allow two 17 year olds to stay under normal circumstances. He made his way to the coffee pot measuring out grounds and filling the pot with water, then pouring it over into the coffee maker before resetting the pot and turning it on. He then made his way to the little desk across the room that held his software laptop. He had been working on a game program all week called 'Destiny Maker', he was working with the Sony game corporation to make a game that was as real as life where random events can happen and you can do anything. Sony was working on the virtual reality simulator console itself, he just had to provide the game data for it. He started inputting more data, fingers flying across the keys, he heard the shower stop sometime later,and Kitty walked into the kitchen wet hair falling down in ringlets wearing just a towel, she hadn't bothered to dry off at all and just went straight to the coffee pot and fixing two cups, bringing one over to Li. " Thanks Kitty," He said looking up smiling at her, "whats with the get up its not my birthday." He said smiling at his joke. "Ohh I've got a much better outfit planned for your birthday, i just forgot to bring my clothes into the bathroom, besides this isnt the worst you've seen me. And i wanted some coffee real fast is that a crime?" She said smiling and cocking an eyebrow. "Not at all," He said rising up and kissing her gently before pulling away and taking a sip of his coffee. he programmed for a few more minutes while kitty got dressed, then with a sigh he closed the laptop and downed the last of his cup, which Kitty took and refilled while he got dressed. Two more cups later and he was pacing around the room, he could work more on the program, but he felt like procrastinating. He decided to go for a walk, putting his gloves into his back pocket, who knew in a town like this he might need them. Kitty ofcourse had gone to her part-time job a lttlke earlier.

Needless to say he should have been expecting trouble, he wasnt so the blindside blow with a pipe came as a surprise. He could feel the blood running down the back of his head as he turned to see his assailant moving out of the way of anymore blows. Ofcourse it was the guy he had beaten not to long ago for touching Kitty's ass, well now he was in for another ass kicking as he swung the pipe again Li moved in, his left hand atching the guys inner wrist, and his right hand catching the elbow from the outside, he swiftly shattered the elbow forcing it into a position it should not have been able to get into. He backed away from him after the innitial blow then calmly said, "You can leave now or i can do the same to each limb, whats your choice?" asking it with a look of disdain on his face, but he was impressed the guy hadn't cried out. By now a crowd was forming, he already had a reputation here as a 'gang-buster' he didnt really know about that he just beat up all the idiots who got him angry or attacked him, or someone else for that matter. His eyes bore into the guy threateningly daring him to swing the pipe again, though from the looks of it he was about to black out from pain.
