Anna's Pet Turtle!

Name: Slowpoke
Abilities: Terrakinesis (4 EP) - Slowpoke can control any rock or earth within a given area around himself usually determined by line of sight. He can make walls with it, throw boulders... Pretty much anything else anyone could do with whatever earth is around the area, given the limitations of his intelligence.
History: Anna doesn't know where Slowpoke came from really, all she knows is she found him in a badly polluted lake... And oddly enough after they initially met he followed her home.
