White Rabbit (Open)

Astrid looked with shock and some amusement as Rekio bolted for the kitchens. She didn't go in to try and stop her as the sound of destruction met her ears. The staff and customers were giving her dirty looks, but Astrid only smile prettily at them. She and Reiko had just as much right to be there as anybody. She hummed softly and awaited the return of her charge, which was certainly coming.

Reiko soon emerged from the kitchens, seemingly out of breath and Astrid approached her. "Are you still hungry dear?" The was a grumble of anger around her but Astrid ignored it and healed each of the staff members that were hurt by Reiko with just a look. "I will compensate you for any damages and money loss. You go fix your kitchen, and my friend and I will order what we want." She smiled at Reiko. "You can have as much as you want, like I said, money is no issue." She then looked pointedly at the staff and they bustled to do as told. "Order away lovely."

Reiko smiled. She sat down and began to look through the menu. At the moment she was kind of torn between ordering the soup salad that she had already devoured in the back. It'd be amazing if they had anymore in stock due to the fact that she nearly cleaned out the restaurant before anything could actually be served. Her stomach growled which was a sign that, perhaps, she needed to order something relatively soon. The more she looked the more everything seemed to be good. She wanted to order every item off of the menu. Yet, she knew she couldn't. She was on a time restraint because she had no desire to waste Astrid's time.

"I think I'm going with the clam chowder pasta. Doesn't sound all that good but that's why I want to try it. Looks can be deceiving. As well as your looks. You healed those people. How did you manage to do that?" she asked. Reiko wasn't normal herself but to see someone else pull that kind of a trick was astonishing to her. Yet, she didn't make a big deal about it because she was used to the abnormal. After all, she was under six feet tall and could take down someone literally double her size if given the chance.

"I mean, it'd be just nice for you to tell me what you are. It's not like I'll hold it against you or anything," she went on to say.

Astrid sat across from Reiko and opened her own menu. She peered over at Reiko as she was making her choice, the girl was suddenly calm and collected. Not something that was common for her. Seh was acting very civilized. Astrid was impressed as she stated her order and Astrid waved over a waiter before answering her questions. "She will have the clam chowder pastas, and I will settle for a burger and fries." Astrid was plain when it came to food, picky even.

She met Reiko's eyes and started to answer her questions. "I have the power to heal anyone or animal but myself. A rather self-less power for someone who isn't as self-less." She leaned back and smiled. "I'm sure you have something of your own up your sleeve, you don't seem very shocked and awed by the fact that I have a power."

"You wanna see what I can do? Alright, check it," she said. Why in the world would Astrid even ask about her power? That would only give Reiko the excuse she needed to show off in public. Reiko got out of her seat and started looking around for an easy target. This had to stop. If she actually did this there would be even more trouble for her and Astrid. Her mouth developed a wide smile. She knew exactly what to do to give her newfound friend Astrid a great show.

A chef was walking by with an assortment of butcher knives and sharp knives in general in both of his hands. He was the supply chef. He needed to get those utensils to the kitchen. Reiko was here to make sure he never got that chance. When she thought about it the last thing she needed to do was draw attention to herself but especially Astrid. So she'd have to do something that couldn't really be seen. That was when she got the idea to try something new.

Her energy wave didn't have to necessarily be visible. She just made it visible because of the intensity in which it is always being used with. She simply held her hands out in front of her, closed her eyes and concentrated. The energy moved from her feet, hands and head down to her chest and stomach and then shot back out of her hands again. When the energy ball escaped her finger tips this time there was no blue coloration. Ihstead, clothing was being ruffled and napkins flew up into the air as if there were a tornado in the room.

There was a direct hit on the chef carrying the dangerous items. He was knocked out and fell directly onto his face. The knives landed on the ground and yet he wasn't. The other customers were starting to not like this place anymore. Her head turned to Astrid. "You like?" she asked.
