An explanation for my absence.

Hi everyone. Bubbleshock here. I know it's been a VERY loooooooooooong time since i last posted here. The reason for this is simple. Since about 3 or 4 months ago, I’ve been getting more and more into dc. As well as any rpgs relating to that brand. (IE Watchmen, Wildstorm, elseworlds, ETC) As a result i began to kinda lose interest in original based character rps, and tried my hand at a few cannon's I'm a member of several. A while ago, a guy said that cannon rpgs had nothing on originals. That cannon rpgs were too strict and limiting. However, the time I’ve spent on those sites has cemented my belief that that statement was wrong. Cannon rpgs have limits. This is true. But every rpg, be it original or cannon or a mix of the two, have limitations, rules and other things which keep them in shape. As for characters, well allot of people just enjoy acting out their favourite characters and sticking to an easy to follow, ever flowing story. Cannon rps are built with specific tastes in mind, and can be as fun as originals. But moving on, I’ve thought about this place from time to time. And I’m happy to see the place is still there. ^^ I know i must've missed out on ALLOT of stuff. Albeit i have no clue what I’ve been missing.

Well, there’s my long explanation for not being on for over a month. I hope you guys understand. I hope to start rping here again before or after i start college again.

yeah, but i've found a few new sites that are just starting. one about 4 months old. they're loads of fun, but i may still have time for here if i balence time when i'm back in college.
