Die grün-weiße Welle / the Green-White Wave

Hello SH RPG!
Since I am German and therefore not a native English speaker, it could take me a while describing my superhero in detail - especially when it comes to his superpower(s).
But I'll try and learn - Here comes my superhero - the Green-White Wave!

Race: Human with superpowers.. Mutant?
Hair: Blonde, brown.. something in between
Eyes: average blue
Height: 1,98 m

Costume Description/Image:
It's a sports kit from my - and his - favourite Team, Stefan wears it because it's thin but temperature-keeping and handy in windy situations.. Also, this is the reason for his Hero name. Also, during his missions, he wears a mask that covers the upper parts of his face, except for the eyes of course.

Personality: Stefan is an open-minded optimist, loves sports, especially soccer/football. He always thinks there is a better way than violence and he likes talking more than beating the enemy to a pulp. Moreover, he is rather lazy when it comes to duties - except his hero's duty. Plus, he's a little shy with women, but not uninterested though.

History: Stefan grew up in Great Britain at first, moved to Germany at the age of 6. There, he lead a rather average life until his super power got revealed. He played in a profi soccer team until he voluntarely quit due to his unfair advantage, in this case, speed and strength. He stepped right into his father's footsteps when he decided to work for the greater good - the only difference: his father had no superpowers at all.
After a few years he had his superpower mostly figured out and fougth crime where he saw it, in his hometown Bremen. But he decided to go west, pay America a visit and achieve new experiences which he thinks are elementary when being a superhero: think global.

Powers: Stefans Power is mainly super speed and airbending by waves. When he concentrates, he can feel waves in the air around him, such as air streams. He merges into those waves and pushes himself while in that state which allows him to move really fast. Just like sound waves, he can then easily bounce off walls or alike structures, making it easy to navigate through a city or other places. He controls air and attacks with it. While his own physical body is not too strong, he deals more damage using air punches or superspeed vibrationwaves for example.
His air-control allows him to support his jumps: Stefan is able to jump a lot higher than average human beings and slow down his falls. He can even change his direction of jump in mid-air, punching himself in the desired angle of flight but that's dangerous to himself because he could hurt himself during the process. Flying or hovering is impossible, because the human body weighs too much. His ability enables him to walk on water because at his speed, he can reflect the aquatic waves and solidify them for short periods of time by emmitting waves himself.

Roleplay sample: work in progress.. Here are a few parts:

Manon looked into his eyes. Deeply. But there was nothing she could do: his decision was made, he had to go. Not only was it his personal desire, but also his duty, somehow, as a superhero. He couldn't just stand and wait until he heard about the next minor crime next road, he wanted to go big and finally meet more of his kind. Superheroes. Supervillains, if there was no choice.
He knew they could see each other whenever they want - his power allowed him to do so. But the thought of the huge distance, and even though only physical, - she couldn't stand that. She just couldn't wait and do nothing while he probably fought stronger evils she couldn't even image.
"Es ist schon in Ordnung.. Ich komme ja wieder..", he said, going for the final hug - after which, they both knew it, nothing would be the same ever after. It's okay, I'll be back.. Really? Merely did he know what awaits him in America - especially in New York. Seeing things on television just isn't real life, that's why he finally made the decision to leave Bremen behind and start a new life in the United States.

I think most of the Application is done - what do you think?

It looks good Jan, there are some points which I need to say though.

1. Superjumps, even when using super powers counts as at least Pseudo Flight, so take out 1 point from somewhere

2. Make your history a little longer, one paragraph isn't much of a history in my book

3. Only a tip, but you can work the personality a little more, you might be able to give people a better understanding of your character.

While I do think that expanding the Personality wouldn't be a bad idea I don't think it's enough to keep his character from being approved or disapproved. I do however agree on the point about the Pseudo Flight. The only other point I have a problem with is that his history doesn't explain how he got his powers and since you mention your father you might want to go into a little more detail about that.

So expand a little bit and it'll be looked over again.
