Costume Description/Image: The Spartan has no costume to speak of, he wears tactically appropriate civilian cloths that range in color from olive drab to black. He generally tries to keep a low profile, preferring to blend into the misc-mash of population where ever he is calling home at that particular time.

Personality: 'Frank Benjamin was raised up from infancy in the confines of a laboratory; at the age of 5 years he was placed in a military compound and taught the way of the soldier from the very best and harsh teachers imaginable. There were no other of his kind and so he was raised in a solitude of peers. He has no real social skills other than the psychological training he received during programming for use on missions. Bare basic human interaction, just enough not to draw attention to himself in hostile territory. Since the falling out with his Superior's organization he has grown wary of any government officials or related organizations. Regardless of the inception of his life time of training, Frank has found that there is indeed an actual human being living within form of a perfect soldier. He is a good person and his new found individual spirit is beginning to show through the more he interacts with other people.

*Secondary personality: This new Spartan grade super soldiers were equipped with an implanted AI computer in his head. The monitoring unit was sentient processor on the interior of the Spartans skull, it allows for interaction with advanced technological interface and tactical processing software. It offers the Spartan soldier advice, protocol, and critique in order to better his performance. He has nicknamed this inner monologue "Conny" ,short for "Constitution".

History:
Betty R. Benjamin was a young pregnant girl with a mean crack habit. It wasn't her fault, she had a bad childhood, grew up poor, ect....ect.... She was on her way to the Abortion clinic, high as a kite, not wanting to deal with the religious crazies that surrounded the place day in and day out. Just as she exited the bus and started toward the picket line, a man approached her and instead of trying to scream obscenities at her, he offered her a sweet deal. He said he was an Agent with the government and wanted to pay her a handsome sum for her unborn child . All she had to do was forgo the Abortion and return with him to a secret laboratory complex to carry the child to term. She would be provided room, board, and 3 meals a day along with $20,000 once she delivered the child and signed it over to his Employer. Betty's crack habit agreed immediately, it was better than Hooking for the next 7 months anyway.

The Agent blind folded Betty and then had her helicoptered to a secret scientific compound. There she met the head of the Spartan Initiative research facility, Dr. Gregory Wagner. He seemed nice when Betty first met him, he preformed a few tests and then showed her her room. As the days past though, her high wore off and she quickly realized that she wasn't allowed to leave. The tests turned into procedures and even surgeries some lasting hours and even days; she was no more than a simple lab rat to be poked and prodded. Eventually after several escape attempts they simply kept her sedated, which was actually a much happier alternative for her addict mind. When she finnaly woke up it was months later and she was in an insane asylum with no trace ; other than lactation; of ever even being pregnant.

Shortly after the first Gulf War, The US Government began research into bettering the average Infantry soldier, Dr. Gregory Wagner offered them that opportunity with his research into synthetic viruses initiating genetic enhancements in unborn human embryos. Coupled with nanite and cybernetic technologies experts he could offer them a modern day 'Spartan Soldier'. One that was a perfect tool of it's controller, an amoral, emotionless soldier that would follow orders to a 'T' and had the physical tools to get any job done. He did just that; the test subject he'd delivered seemed perfect. The Infant child was enhanced both genetically and cybernetically, it was classified 'Spartan One".

The Spartan knew no normal childhood rearing, it was raised in various military compounds and taught to kill and follow orders from the time it could talk. It's internalized monitoring system ; 'The Constitution', constantly correcting any undesirable characteristics. By the time it was 25 it could kill a man in as many ways imaginable, it could be dropped into hostile territory and not only survive but thrive, and it never had a single instance of disobeying orders. It was by all means, a complete success, but it was all no more than a facade. Although the Spartan project had done it's best to secure and personality quarks in the subject, a personality still evolved. It began to disobey particularly brutal orders, it snuck out of it's bunk at night and broke into the office apparently looking for files regarding it's past and family. The straw that broke the camel's back was when the Spartan refused to kill an orphanage full of Bosnian children. The Program was ordered into hiatus until the glitches could be worked out, It is around this time that the Spartan unit became self aware, during a routine bug search of his internal hard drive, he over heard one of the technician slip up and mention that a single switch could disable any tracking capabilities of the subject. The Spartan unit then went AWOL, it force the lab tech to disable it's GPS and escaped the compound. It has been at large ever since.

The Spartan has lived as a vagrant, traveling and staying off the grid since then, it's compromised monitoring unit constantly tries to get the rouge soldier to return to it's post, but the Spartan has other ideas. It has taken the alias Frank Benjamin and works odd jobs, helping people when ever he can. Living, constantly with the threat of his creator's pursuit, he can never stay in one place too long.


Powers: The Spartan has been genetically engineered to have heightened physical abilities, beyond the the most talented and trained Olympic Athlete; his extensive physical training in the multiple military fields has only pushed these abilities even further. His training includes advanced weapons training, elite level MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)and self defense techniques, Pain suppression and extreme focus under stress are also mastered methodologies. The Spartan Also has a nanite delivery system that allows for enhanced healing speed. His skeletal system has been reinforced with cybernetic enhancements that only add to his physical prowess and battle endurance.

Conny basically gives you a +4 constant INT bonus and we dont allow items that give more than a +2 bonus, for which you would have to add decent drawbacks and have an intelligence of 6 to begin with
