Who Ever Said Villainy Was Hard?! (PRIVATE - THE RANGER ONLY)

Samael, or Vengeance, or the Winged Avenger by only a few select people, yawned in a bored manner as he stood over the corpses of some bank robbers that had crushed bones and bodies from the sheer strength and power of his attacks. He looked through the sacks of money with his violet-colored eyes he pulled out of a getaway armored van and looked at all the money he had successfully stolen from the guys who stole it first. He wore an all black leather attire, long black leather gloves that ended just below his elbows, long knee high black leather boots, skin-tight black leather pants and a black leather veil over his face that hid his mouth from view with no shirt, since he was unable to find any shirts that were custom-made so his wings could come out the back. His long black hair swayed in the wind as he hoisted the sacks of money over his shoulders and started flapping his wings to fly away with his stolen loot. The muscular half-mutant/half-Incubus demon hybrid chuckled sinisterly to himself as he took to the air.

The Ranger sighs running on the rooftops of New, York once again wondering why he always ends up here. Oh, sure he has family that lives around here but still he's just a college kid from Atlanta; well maybe he can get away with it today seeing as how it is a Saturday and all. Though because of all these trips made to visit family one of his aunts or uncles will definitely be paying for this round trip seeing as how he has no money right now. That’s beside the point though, he lifts his head up stopping at the corner of a building looking down the street at the man, or he thinks it is at least, walking out of the stolen armored truck he had been tracking down to take out whenever the hell he saw his chance; though seeing the demon-angle thing steal the money from the people who just stole it was very interesting to him. Something he has never seen happen before to tell the truth, when the man takes to the sky with his giant wings The Ranger smirks seeing an opportunity to make his presence known. He notches an explosive arrow and fires it ahead of the winged thief so that he'll more than likely fly into it and catch the blunt of the blow when it explodes which should damage him up pretty badly. As soon as he fires off the arrow, The Ranger turns invisible and jumps onto the fire escape and runs down it to the street running to the van and checking on the thieves groaning at the site of their now deformed bodies. Not seeing what happened with the last arrow, he turns and fires off a regular arrow at the super villain aiming to knock him out of the sky with at least one of his arrow.

Vengeance stopped in flight as an arrow sailed past him. He sweated nervously as it exploded on contact with a building. He looked around his surroundings only to find no one. He shrugged his shoulders and continued on his way only to wince when he felt an arrow shoot partially through his left forearm. He looked down and scowled at the arrow, pulling it out and throwing it down to the ground. He sighed to himself, wondering why things never seemed to go off without a hitch. He landed on the ground and placed the bags of money on the ground as he looked around to find a man in a red coat and hood with a bow and a quiver of arrows. He looked the man up and down with an unimpressed and lazy look in his eye as he snorted at the appearance of the man. In a bit of mocking snark worthy of his father, he spoke up. "Who are you supposed to be? Red Arrow from those comic books?" he said as he chuckled sinisterly to himself in a sneaky, sinister voice.

The Ranger watches as the arrow hits its mark and the person lands, he rolls his eyes at what he says and notches an arrow. "I could ask you the same thing demon angle; literally what in hell are you supposed to be anyway?" He asks getting ready to fire off the arrow yet not doing so just yet, wanting to see what this thing can do, "Oh, and the name is The Ranger not Red Arrow or whatever the hell you said, learn it for you'll be hearing it a lot." He says in his raspy, low, voice that makes you automatically think that this man knows exactly what he's talking about no matter what it is he happens to be saying. He fires off the arrow then quickly notches another one and fires it, watching as the first one soars at the man's stomach, the second going straight for his right shoulder this time. He smirks to him self only a little bit though, it barely if even showing on his face underneath his hooded face, wondering to himself if the thing will even be able to react at this close of a distance and such short time periods between the fired arrows. He dives to the side not sure what powers, if any, this demon has and gets on one knee bow drawn ready to quickly and skillfully grabs another arrow if needed be. The Ranger watches the demon wondering why he thinks he's seen something like him before though nothing really seems to come to mind, as if he is just simply crazy for he knows he has never seen a demon before. Though it does very much confirm that his religion is true, The Right Hand of Jesus laughs slightly and smirks.

Vengeance narrows his eyes as the man holds up his bow and gets ready to fire. He quickly flew upwards to avoid the arrows and then flew down at him at full speed as he cocked his fist back and let's it fly at 'The Ranger'. Personally, he thought The Ranger was a stupid name, left a lot of jokes open for him to make. "Well then Mr. Ranger, shouldn't you be doing something more productive like stopping Yogi Bear from stealing people's picnic baskets?" he shouted out at him as he backflipped away from the man and then lashed out with a kick. He had no idea what this man was capable of but considering he was using a weapon, he highly doubted his strength was anywhere near as high as his. To him, only a weakling would use a weapon in a battle of supers.

The Ranger watches as he flies up into the air surprised the man can react that fast, but he has seen faster. He easily dives out of the way having expected him to come flying at him though he had to admit he was fast, but The Ranger was way faster. He rolls his eyes at the joke that was said and scoffs slightly, he notches an explosive arrow and fires it at the man's feet, not attempting to hit him knowing he'd just fly away, but to have it explode at his feet and maybe send shrapnel flying at him or even blow off some of his body. He laughs shaking his head at the thought knowing he does not want to kill anyone, for it is definitely not his thing but he isn't sure what this thing is capable of and doesn't want him to run around causing more havoc and chaos then he already is. He shakes his head wondering why people choose to do these things, oh sure if there were no villains he'd be out of a job but it would make life so much easier for everyone. Damn Adam and Eve for eating the stupid apple, had to go and ruin everything good in the world by making the original sin.

Vengeance raised an eyebrow as the explosive arrow landed near his feet and exploded, sending shrapnel flying at him. They harmlessly rebounded off of his skin and landed on the ground. While the smoke was clearing, he flew up in the air, completely covered by the smoke. over the Ranger and landed behind him, launching a side kick at his back at full strength and intending to send him flying. The mutant blood flowing through his veins screamed at him to kill this man, most likely getting that from his psychotic father. The Second Generation villain intended to make sure this guy learned not to mess with his betters.

The Ranger curses as the attack does basically nothing to this demon thing, he mutters as the smoke covers him blocking his view of the villain completely. He grunts feeling a force on his back sending him flying as he hits the ground and hears a crack, knowing he has a broken rib or something of that equivalent now. He slowly stands up and grunts out in pain, he reaches back and grabs a fire arrow and notches it quickly firing it off at the winged man in front of him, aiming right at his left wing knowing full well that feathers and fire do not mix well at all. He smirks softly to himself knowing that if the attack hits he'll have at least handy caped his opponent so he wouldn't be able to fly away or some shit like that. Essentially making him stay and fight, not able to fly over and behind The Ranger for another surprise attack, though that is exactly what The King of Stealth will soon do. He half waves as he turns invisible sprinting off to the side where he fires off and arrow, then behind the man firing off another, then his other side yet again firing one off. All the while he does this The Ranger is completely invisible, not able to be seen by anyone or anything.

Vengeance smirks as he watched as the Ranger hits the ground, the ground cracking a bit at the force at which he crashes into the pavement. He narrows his eyes as he followed the man's eyesight to his wings and curses as he flies back and bats away the fire arrow meant to hit his feathery wing. He curses as he watches the man disappear with a single wave of his hand, causing his eyes to widen in alarm as an arrow hits him in the right area of his back. He curses as he flies up and lands on top of a building, hiding for a bit as he pulls out the arrow from his back and throws it at the ground angrily. He sneaks a peak over the side of the building stealthily and waits to see for any side of his new enemy to appear so he could lay the smackdown on the man.

The Ranger smirks as the arrow lands and hits it's target, the other ones missing as the demon flies away onto the top of a building. He chuckles softly and sprints to pick up his arrows making no noise at all, only making a grunting noise that is barely audible when he stops his ribs starting to bother him more than the should. He mentally curses his dumb luck and rubs his face sighing he looks atop the building and slings his bow on his back taking out his suction cup gloves, he runs up to the building and easily scales it up to the top, here he takes the gloves off and looks around the building wondering where the demon angle thing is. Still invisible he slowly takes his compound bow, built for durability and accuracy; oh yea this thing had scopes, laser pointers, all the works. It was The Ranger's pride and joy, much more reliable than his normal long bow. He smirks softly and notches and exploding arrow taking another silent step before seeing the villain, he fires off the arrow watching it fly at his opponent's back making only a slight whizzing noise as it flies through the air, though it might be to late before the sound registers or is even heard.

He frowns in concern wondering why his enemy wasn't firing at him. He wondered if his enemy just gave up and decided to retreat. Looking around, he decides that that is probably what happened so he breathed a sigh of relief and turns around, thinking he was safe. He notices an arrow fly at him and he ducks under it instinctively, counterattacking by punching the roof hard enough for it to cave in and most likely causing the guy to fall through the floor and throw off his concentration of making himself invisible. He wished he could have done more but with him being unable to see his opponent, it was all he could do at the moment. It was so not his day that he got someone who could fight while invisible. He would just have to make due. After all, he wanted that money and he always got what he wants.

The Ranger curses his dumb luck as the demon is able to turn around in the nick of time and able to duck underneath his arrow. The things reaction time much higher than he would have thought it was. He blinks as he punches the roof it crumples underbeath his strength and caves in making Ranger fall through with it becoming visible. He groans out landing on a desk which breaks under his weight but breaks his fall at least a little making it not as bad. "Well, that didn't work." He rolls off the desk onto the ground groaning and stands up whipping of the sweat on his brow. He looks up through the hole, waiting for an idea to come to him. Sure, he could simply sprint to the money grab it and take it back to the bank before Winggy over there has time to react but it seems as if that idea would be too obvious. So instead he simply sprints up over to the wall, jumps on it and quickly jumps off sideways and up grabbing onto the ledge pulling himself up all in a quick motion panting slightly he turns to face the demon. "That the best you got?" he asks raising an eyebrow, as if taunting the winged demon.

He looked down at the new hole he made in the ceiling and smirked as the invisible man crashed onto a desk and became visible again. He smirked and figured that the man was finally done for only to raise a twitching eyebrow as he watched the man get back up and sprint back up to the roof. He narrowed his eyes in anger at the man getting up but calmed himself down. Not every battle was going to be a one-sided massacre and he welcomed the challenge. The man asked him if that was the best he got and he twitched in anger. "No. If anything, I'm just getting started. So if you don't wish to tangle with me, I suggest you do something a little safer, like stopping forest fires Mr. Ranger" he said, making another joke at the man's expense as he flew at the Ranger and went for a devastating drop kick with all his power packed into it.

The Ranger sighs at the pittiful attempt at another joke, he shakes his head rolling his eyes. "Such jokes will get you no where Mr.Demon." He mutters easily dodging the attack diving to the side then roling backwards and notching an arrow which he fires off at the winged man. He sprins to the otherside as if a blur to the naked eye where he fires off yret another arrow. "Tell me this isn't your best?" He smirks firing an explosive arrow off as he says those words.

Vengeance snickered to himself at the man's sigh to his joke and flies over the arrow fired at him. He had to admit, this guy was good but the only reason he was holding out at all was because Vengeance had yet to recover from the surprise appearance of a hero as he was intending on getting away with the money without a fight. He saw the man shoot of an explosive arrow and decided to take the path of flight over fight. He jumped back a bit and performed a sonic clap with his hands, throwing off the shooting trajectory of the arrow. It landed a few feet away from him on the ground and exploded on contact. While there was a smoke cloud, he took his chance to escape while the enemy was unable to see him and sprinted away at full speed through numerous alleyways, the bags of money hoisted over his shoulders. There was no doubt the man was faster then he was but logically, he wouldn't be able to know which way he went since there were two directions he could have gone in. By the time the smokecloud vanished, he was long gone. As he dashed through dark alleyways, he came across a warehouse that was just being closed down. He quickly dashed into it before the gates could close all the way, he managed to throw himself and the bags of money through it and fly himself and the money into the dark rafters.
