Personality: Sweet tooth is as arrogant as a person can get, he lets no one get in his way when he sets off to do somthing and takes orders from no-one except those who have proven themselves to him. He used to be a calm, caring person but his mutation caused his energy level to go out of control and turned him into a hyperactive being.

History: Jack Walters was a normal man working at a candy factory where a group of scienists were working on a formula to create the greatest candy of all time that would never run out and would meld itself into any shape, Jack was sent out to get the main ingredient of the formula... the sugar, Jack was also tasked with bringing the sugar into the vat, which would have completed the formula. As Jack brought down the slide to pour the sugar in (Cement truck style) as it extended it hit im in the chest causing him to lose his balance and miss the railings by inches and he fell into the vat as the sugar poured in. The candy was still intensly hot and it burned him away almost completely destroying his existance. but at the last moment the candy melded with his molecular structure causing his body to regenerate, but not as a human, but as living candy. The force of the creation of new life caused an explosion which destroyed the entire facility and all information of the research, he emerged from the ruins as a being of candy his mind warped by the high levels of sugar.

Powers:

Super Strength: Sweet Tooth can transform into a more solid form to utilize his superhuman strength to attack his foes he can apply forces in his attacks equivalent to 90 tonnes
Harden: Sweet Tooth can solidify his form so that he can take harder his from his opponents, the hardness of his candy is nearly impervious to all normal human weaponry
Slide: Sweet Tooth can turn into a more liquid form to lower the amount of friction and viscosity with the ground, allowing him to reach speeds of 30 Mph
Shapeshift: Sweet Tooth can shift his body into any form he feels comfertable with, he will still be made of candy though, can make his body small enough to fit through tiny holes and can compact his body to utilize his great strength
Master of Street Fighting - As a human Jack Walters spent a great deal of time brawling in alleys and other such places.

It was a dark night in Los Angeles, too late for anyone to be out, and too dangerous for anyone to be walking through downtown, let alone any alleyways, but some kids must have some kind of gene that just screams at the "DO THIS IT'S NOT DANGEROUS AT ALL!" If it hadn't been for me there would be 4 more rapists on the street, and one less innocent woman. Her name was Sara Micheals, her father had paid me to watch over her on her trip to LA... and he had paid generously for his daughters safety. which takes me to following this chick without being seen through dark alleyways. Three men had nodded to each other as she entered the alleyway and one spoke into a walkie talkie of somekind, I quickly moved along the walls in the alley and saw another man approaching Ms. Micheals, "Hey yknow it's kinda dangerous for someone to be walking alone at night" he said to her, it's a damn good thing she wasn't alone then. "im just using this as a shortcut" Sara said back. "why?" the man had asked "you're going nowhere fast" He threw his arms out and pushed her backwards into the three approaching men. they grabbed her and she screamed even though there was no-one that could hear her... no one but me. I slid down and shifted into a solid form, the first man's head cracked as I fell against it. the other three backed up a bit, then one pulled out a gun and yelled at me "DIE MONSTER!!" he fired a few shots, it hurt as i shifted my chest to a liquid and the bullets flew through. "yeah... thats my line" I said as I shifted my arms into a hammer and knocked another one over, the last two were making a run for it... oh how I love it when they run.. I shifted my arms into claws and bounded after them. It wasn't a pretty sight when I was finished, who cares if the girl was proboably traumatized.. I saved her after all didn't I?.... didn't I?

If you can only fly during a transformation, it would be considered psuedo-flight, meaning you can have a 21 point grid. Well, as long as you can't transform instantly. How quickly can you shape shift anyway?

Explain this power. When you split, are your powers split evenly between the things you create? Or are they of equal power to you?

"State change: Sweet tooth can change his physical state (solid, liquid, gas, aqueous) into any form of candy ex: Hard Candy, Liquid candy, Cotton Candy ect."

Changing your physical state like that seems like it'd be an entirely different power, and it seems impossible for some one made of candy to become gas. Maybe you can keep the liquid form, but the gas is a no go.

Sweet Tooth's Transformation abilities are done very quickly, like he can be in a humanoid form, drop to the ground as a blob and then turn into a wolf within the course of 3-4 seconds

For split, the powers are decreased slightly with each split, but usually not on an even level, if he was splitting for a recon mission the copy would most likely only have 1% of his strength, while the other 99% would stay with the original

and for State change, I can happily accept not being able to turn into a gas, never saw it as that useful anyways.
