Personality: Always angry.

History: This creature was never born until local scientist found a drain pipe that lead to the ocean and then they poored the nuclear waste into it. The waste morfed the two nearest things witch was a big lizard and a giant octopus. The waste gave them there size and intelegence. He did not like his new body and has decided to take his rage and anger on a local town he think is responsible. ( NPC BOSS dont need a long history only because he will die soon.)

Powers: Do to how big he already is he is able to swim really fast in the water and emediatley stop making big waves. He then can manipulate how much water goes into it to make giant tsunamis. He can manipulate water how ever he pleases and can put some in his mouth making his throat exspand to hold more water and then can shoot them out as fast as a bullet. The speed comes from his swimming(NOTICE: He can only stay in water.) him being a water animal and all. The nuclear waste gave him his unique strength and also gave him everything else Energy Projection, Intelegence, and fighting skill. His endurance is so high only because his skin is mixed with that of a lizard and the waste.

He needs more of an explanation at least, The government doesn't just up and decide to dump toxic waste into the ocean, and how are a big lizard and an octopus in such close proximity that they fuse, seems like two animals that wouldn't be too close together
