Child Mode:silent and obedient, she never questions what she's told even if it doesn't make sense.She has a calm personality but gets easily angered by little things. when she says something it's generally always her asking for a toy or something.
Combat Mode: Her personality becomes that of a killing machine. the purity of her child personality is kept by keeping the memories of both personalities seperate. in this mode her only thought process is to takedown threats to her, warren, and sha-la-la.

History:She was built to be a combat robot origanally in design but Warren later changed his mind and deciced to make her more humaniod and childish. He built in 2 AI's which he can swith between them with a press of a button. He built her with several hidden features, including ATS, high speed thrusters, and pole mechanisms in her arms. He built her with an incredibly strong metal alloy capable of taking a lot of abuse. he built in a highly sophisticated AI combat program that allows her to fight at a superior level to most people.

Powers: designed with super human strength, endurance and speed. arms double in length due to a pole mechanism in the forearm. heels hold thrusters and all terrain tires for high speed combat.(no flight capabilities.)

Arms doubling in length, even if she is made from technology, would be considered an EP power; I'd say an EP power of 1-2, personally I'd pick 2. As for the thrusters, well that would be considered psuedo-flight.
