Costume Description/Image: When on business for the yakuza, Bushido wears loose-fitting denim jeans. Over his torso he wears a long sleeved, black button up shirt opened up, revealing a white t-shirt underneath. He prefers to go barefoot, but when shoes are necessary he wears a pair of black basketball shoes with the white nike checkmark on the sides. On both sides of his hip rest sheaths. These carry authentic samurai swords that have been refurbished and upgraded to be able to withstand gunfire. Around his neck he wears the good luck charm given to him by his little sister, a cheap silver friendship necklace from from wal-mart, bearing the serrated left half of a heart.

Personality: When Bushido was a kid, he was the "quite kid" in his gang of misfits. He stuck to the back of the group, did what he was told, and could be trusted with anything. Unfortunately, he had a short fuse and when offended, he was know to seriously injure people. Nowadays, in Bushido's line of work, it doesn't pay to be hot-blooded. For that reason he has learned to keep his anger to himself, even when offended. After all, you can always strike back later.

History: A Japanese-American born in a hard neighborhood, Isamu had trouble fitting in. He was constantly in fights, was always suspended from school, hung out with the wrong crowd of kids, and generally gave his mom a hard time. Isamu knew his abusive, alchoholic dad for 7 years before he left. Leaving his wife, son, and newborn baby girl, Kiyoko. Soon his mother became terminally ill, and that meant she was physically unable to work, leaving 10 year old Isamu to get bring in food for his family. Naturally, at a time like that a gang was the only way to go. Isamu joined a group of kids who made their living on street fighting and petty theft. Luckily for him, he was born with astounding abilities that made life on the street easier. His gang was the most feared on the block, and everyone was afraid to pick a fight with "that quiete asian kid". This went on for 4 years, during that time Isamu's and Kiyoko grew an unbreakable bond that was only strengthened by their mother's death. On Isamu's 14th birthday, before going out with his gang for their daily routine, his sister gave him a birthday present. She had saved up change she found on the street for months, finally gaining enough to buy a pair of friendship necklaces, those necklaces with a half-heart each, that can be put together to make a whole. That was the last time he saw her, because that day Isamu's unnatural fighting skills caught the attention of a japanese mafia member. Isamu was kidnapped and shipped over to japan, where he was "adopted" by a family in the yakuza. He learned many valuable skills, but excelled in combat related fields. He was adept at the use of nearly any firearm, could kill a man in many ways with his bare hands, and most of all could use a sword so well that he rarely needed to use anything else. He quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his surprising intelligence and superhuman physical abilities. On his 21st birthday, Isamu's oyobun (family boss) gave him the opportunity to work in any city of his choosing. Isamu chose the place of his birth: New York.

Powers: Bushido has low superhuman strength, speed, and stamina, as well as having master fighting skills. His incredible battle reflexes coupled with his superhuman intelligence allows him to read and react to situations faster than most would, and by being able to fight at a near perfect level by instinct alone means he can divert most of his conscious mind to strategy. This is useful for taking out tougher, stronger foes.

Roleplay Sample: Bushido stepped out of the jet and onto the runway. The cool, night breeze rustled his dark brown hair. He looked up, but of course the stars were hardly visible in a city like this.

"Ahem" a cough sounded off in front of him. Bushido looked towards the noise to see a portly Japanese dressed in a black suit, and standing in front of a black limo. This was the transportation Bushido's oyobun had promised.

Is this asshole rushing me? Bushido thought, gripping the handle of his suitcase. It had been 12 hours since he had a chance to swing his sword, and he doubted anyone would miss this sorry excuse for a valet. He considered it for a moment, then shook his head and decided against it. I've got to try and keep myself under control for now he told himself sternly I cant afford any trouble before I've even made it to my apartment. Bushido sighed and approached the limo, the driver opening the door for him.

The drive was long and silent. Bushido kept his eyes out the window, scoping out the place of his childhood. He didn't recognize anything, which saddened him deeply. Understandably, he was in a brooding mood when he finally arrived at the apartment that had been rented for him. It wasn't the most glamorous of venues, and it was in a rough neighborhood, but it wasn't anything Bushido wasn't used to. He lifted his suitcase and exited the limo, the driver closing it behind. As Bushido walked away, just hoping to get to his room and sleeping without any interruptions, he heard the last sound he wanted to hear.

"Ahem"

Bushido slowly turned around, his eyes locking the expectant face of the driver, and then moving to his outstretched hand.

"I believe you may be forgetting something young man." The driver said in a huffy and condescending tone.

Bushido smiled, his teeth flashing dangerously. "How silly of me." he answered in a mock apologetic tone. "Let me just check my briefcase..."

This is a good app, but could explain how he acquired superhuman stats?

Also, if you want him to have weapons capable of damaging super humanly durable opponents you'll need to put another point into intelligence. Otherwise they'll only be damaging to people on the human side of durability and likely break on tougher opponents.

Isn't it possible to be born a superhuman? Thats what i was planning with this guy, because i also was hoping to make a character for his sister eventually.
