Personality:egotistical and prideful. wont tolerate disrespect or iinsults aimed at him. but when push comes to shove he will put others before himself. is very vain and angers easily if he is insulted or his face gets hurt. He is honest to a fault he literally can't tell a lie. He has no fear of death, but still finds dying and being reborn painful.He is an avid collector of antiques, he sometimes stumbles upon magical items, while looking through the antiques. He enjoys hunting for magical items as much as he enjoys finding rare antiques.

The ring and altar I think would require about 3 INT and 3 EP alone, as this ability effectively makes you immortal, and I think even thats being generous

The pendulum seems to be a purely RP driven mechanic and ill allow that to be a freebie, since it isnt really used in combat

Elaborate on the glacier stones, what exactly is their radius? how thick and strong is the ice? how much ice does it expel? enough to coat a normal sized human being, his legs, or perhaps even something as big as an elephant? if its relatively minor, as in just freezing the legs or something along the lines of a minor hindrance id say 1 INT, something like immobilizing a normal sized person for a few moments would be 2

The shadow dagger seems a little OP in my opinion, maybe if you described it better id understand the full extent of its capabilities, as of right now the description leads one to believe you could just stab it in someones shadow and their effectively immobilized indefinitely, which isnt going to slide, especially considering the fact that it doesn't need to make contact with the actual person, just their shadow, which in the right conditions could mean insta-death lol, if its something that can be broken out of relatively easily (as in within a single turn) then id say 1 INT 1 EP

I agree with Bossy here, you need to higher your INT. I'd personally lower your FS by at least 2 and put them on INT.

I think with the shadow dagger he means it restricts their movements like, makes them slower, harder to move. But a little more detail would be greatly loved dear. ^-^;
