Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Name: Feast Addict

Abilities: Knows no fear, just doesn't care.

Looks: The appearance varies, as this qualifies as anyone getting injected with the Feast drug (NPC's only). Canni's henchmen is generally dressed up in standard thug-attire, which comes in a big variety of shapes and colours.

History: Some time ago, Canni managed to develop a highly experimental drug that had a bunch of side-effects. It was also highly addictive. Canni used the high addiction rate to his advantage by literally giving the drug of the streets for free! When the poor addicts came back for more, he'd demand unreasonably high prices for his product, and by doing so.. literally enslaved the addicts to his will. They are very loyal to Canni, because if he were to dissapear, they would no longer be able to get Feast. They take the drug as payment.
