Personality: Jericho is, by all stretches of the word, unstable. His moods depend on fleeting bits of influence, such as the temperature of the breeze in a particular moment or the color of the shoes the woman walking past him is wearing. He could be a bright, delightful person for a minute, and a seagull could fly overhead and send him into a homicidal rage. Even Jericho isn't entirely sure why he is so temperamental, but whenever he is asked about it, he almost immediately forgets the question and focuses instead on your hair color and the dimensions of the room.

He is very into immediate gratification, and prefers everything he does get an instant repercussion, including punishments. Anything requiring patience drives him into a passionate rage that can only be sated by either A) eating someone or B) getting what he wanted in the first place.

He is intense about everything he puts his attention towards, he is very forgetful and flighty, often forgetting just how serious he was about the amount of ketchup on his hot dog to instead focus on a rather slow-going soccer game. Though he may let something slip his mind, don't assume he has completely abandoned the concept; the majority of his victims were people who assumed that he had calmed down and went right on doing exactly what he didn't want them to do. In spite of all of this, Jericho prefers to not get in a person's way ( hence his obsessive attention to detail ), unless of course they make him angry, but in the end he would much rather be your friend than the guy who devours you. In the end, he is only an anal-retentive detail freak because he would rather not ruin your day by slaughtering and eating you, but he will if it comes to that.




History: Jericho is the oldest of 2 children, and was always the cliche protective older brother toward his sister, Corrine. Their mother had died when Corrine was 2 and Jericho was 15, leaving their father to spiral into an endless cycle of drinking and violence. Being 13 years older than his sister, throughout his teen years, he remained a constant pillar in her life and deflected much of the harmful influence that would pour in from their alcoholic father. It did not bother the boy at first, but over the course of time he grew to hate his father, and when he turned 18, he snapped and killed his father with a kitchen knife, mutilating his body and fleeing his childhood home with his sister who had no idea what had happened.

For a few years, the police dogged their every step. Jericho would pretend that his sister was in fact his daughter, earning him governmental compensation to fill in the monetary gaps that his odd jobs couldn't quite cover. Since he had to be hired under the table to avoid been arrested, his jobs often led him to do even more illegal activities, wearing down on his already thin mental strength. In order to fill the gap, he was trained in hand-to-hand combat, as well as given weapons training from his fellow 'co-workers' and employers. He grew into a prodigy with a blade, as well as a few styles of street fighting and some basic pressure point training. This was only further refined in his run from authority due to countless conflicts with individual policemen and a few detectives.

Corrine continued to go to school, but when she started getting teased by her classmates about her home life, her brother began growing more and more angry, but would cover it up with a saccharine sweetness that only served to make the rage fester in on itself and grow even worse.

On Corrine's 7th birthday, she asked where their father had gone. This tiny spark set off a powder keg of emotion that had been building for years, and in a fit of insanity he murdered his sister, going so far as to eat some of her flesh in his madness. After the anger had left him, Jericho realized what he had done, and in an odd twist, he felt no remorse. Instead, he began to think about the exact way her blood had spilled, the intricate patters that had formed from her arterial spray, and the echoes he could still hear from her youthful cries. For hours, he pondered what he had done, and in the end, he decided that he liked the way human meat tasted, and that he wanted more.

He bleached and cut his once brown hair, covered his body in tattoos, and has since traveled wherever the wind takes him, going about life delicately and with an eternally grumbling stomach.


Powers:

Heightened Reflexes - Jericho is quicker than your average joe. He has amazing hand-eye coordination, as well as incredibly flexibility and range of motion.

Speed - He is very quick on his feet, but hates running. He rarely uses this ability; only when he is really in a pinch.

Intelligence - Though he is brilliant when it comes to strategy, it is buried deep under layers and layers of psychosis. He can only truly shine if he is calm, which is about 3% of the time.

Weakness: Jericho is extremely susceptible to mood-altering drugs. Much like any run-of-the-mill psycho, he can experience periods of lucidity when he is exposed to the right compounds. If you can get enough meds in him, you will be able to meet the real Jericho, and not The Feeder that has been running around killing people.

Roleplay Sample:

Jericho fitfully adjusted the goggles on his forehead, admiring his latest work. The woman's corpse was splayed on the floor, blood pooled in attractive patterns around her gaping abdomen. Large chunks of flesh were missing from her thighs, calves, and chest while the rest of her sustained either superficial cuts or deep stab wounds. The Feeder smiled, his lips still dripping with hemoglobin.

He was confident no one had heard her screams, since he had quickly muffled them with a cut to the throat. Oh how she had gurgled, it was almost sensual the way her full lips had gaped as her throat spilled and frothed, her brilliant hazel eyes bulging as he delivered jab after jab to her gut with his blade. Her beautiful face had been contorted brilliantly, perfectly displaying the fear each and every one of his victims had been consumed by. She was definitely one of his favorites.

Now the writhing had stopped, her body no longer trembled or quaked under his careful teeth and tongue. The life had drained from her, and rightfully so. ''That'll teach you to cut me in line at the donut shop.'' he said cheerily, wiping off the trails of blood from his chin and under his nose; it barely helped, there was still a wide swath of red on his face from digging into his meal. Once he was satisfied with his full stomach, he bent over her body for one final time, kissing her cold lips before rising and striding out of the room, head held high as he opened the door to her apartment. Her neighbors screamed and ran, some crying out at one another to call the police. He simply waved, grinning like a maniac

They wouldn't catch him, not today, not ever, and with that comforting thought, he walked out of the building and onto the street, making his way around the brick monolith and onto the neighboring buildings fire escape, climbing onto the roof so he could admire the stars while he digested.

How did he get 6 FS? There's nothing about training in the history. I'd either lower it and put more in INT and speed or write about him learning a lot of martial arts. (:
