Personality: Playful, sly, devious, appears to never takes anything seriously, friendly on the outside but cold-hearted, lethal. Sin is known to play around with his enemies, slowly destroying their hopes of victory bit by bit, he takes delight in causing pain. Despite this he is a friendly, laid back personality who loves to laugh, even if it is in a very sadist way. He has massive mood swings, causing him to be unpredictable at all times, one minute he may be happy and laughing with someone the next impaling them for no reason.

History: Jackson was born to a poor family living in the slums of New York. His power was evident form the minute he was born as his bones kept changing shape, piercing through his skin and killing his mother slowly as he was born. It was diagnosed that his genes had a series of mutations in them which allowed his bones to become amorphous at will. Because of this his father and family completely disowned him, refusing to take care of him and left him at the hospital where he was taken home by one of the female doctors, a woman named Amber Hunt. Amber Hunt became a mother-figure to Jackson and he took on her last name and treated her as family. Amber Hunt wasn't a rich woman though, and lived in the poorer suburbs of New York, and consequently Jackson grew up surrounded by rough kids and gangs, this experience however allowed him to learn to fight in gangs and gave him lots of street skills, making him a very good street fighter.
However, Jackson was traumatised from the tales he heard of the death of his mother and the desertion of his family, a trauma which produced bi-polar symptoms within him, causing his mood to change rapidly for little reason. As he grew, he gained more and more control over his mutation, this was followed closely by murders that occurred around his neighbourhood - though no one ever drew the link between him and them. At the age of 16, Jackson had a heated argument with his adoptive mother, an argument which resulted in her violent death.
Due to this event, and the compilation of tragedies in Jackson's life he decided to treasure his own self above all others, doing what he wanted when he wanted, and using any means necessary to achieve his goals. Jackson is not unintelligent though, and what his plans truly are and how he intends on achieving them are unknown, however recently he has become known to the super-human villain underworld under the guise of Sin.

Bone Manipulations:
Due to a mutation in his DNA, Jackson is able to control his bones and skeletal structure completely. This can be used in any possible way imaginable so long as it only concerns growing, hardening, shrinking, shaping, removing and projecting his own bones. Typical uses include the removal of certain bones to use as physical weapons in the same manor as a sword, growing bones through his skin for attack (e.g. Wolverine <.<) or defense (spikes), hardening his bones for defense, propelling bones at high speeds, regenerating broken bones at high speeds and so on. What it does not include is stuff like appearance transformation (he may be able to change his size, but not outward appearance, unless by outward appearance you include massive spiky bones sticking out of his skin...), complete regeneration (if he is shot with a bullet in an organ or a muscle, his powers do nothing for him, however, if his arm is broken he can restore the bone or discard the broken one and grow a new one).
Not 100% sure how the power of the bones should scale with the Power Grid because it isn't energy projection, but rather utility. Maybe make it so that bones, when hardened only break from a hit of level 6 strength or equivalent, but slowly take damage from anything lower. The growth of bones takes seconds. He can project bones at a high speed equivalent to that of a low powered gun. When bones grow through his skin they leave wounds which hurt him slightly, but due to years of doing it he is relatively accustomed to it - also his basic regeneration allows him to close them within a shortish period of time. Bones have a higher piercing capacity than bullets due to the extreme sharpness and speed they can obtain, I would say they can pierce through anything with lower than a level 6 and below. Though level 6 they struggle to pierce deep enough to hit organs and level 7 they barely pierce at all.

Roleplay Sample:

Sin surveys the carnage before him. Blood coats the walls like a messy paint job, slowly dripping onto the carpeted floor beneath his
feet. Vapour clouds out from his mouth, reminding him of the cold, winter night that New York City was experiencing and he pulls his jacket back onto his body. Sin shudders as he retracts his bones back into his body and reforms his usual skeleton then strolls over to the cashier's desk and grabs a chocolate bar. He sighs, the vapour of his breath steaming out in front of him yet again and mutters under his breath, "All I wanted was a fucking chocolate bar, not my fault I didn't bring any money. Geesh, they didn't need to shout at me when I took it." He looks over the cashier at the impaled body of the cashier, a large spiked bone sticking his limp body into the wall. He grabs the bone and wrenches it out of the corpse and starts spinning it round as he walks out of the shop into the dark night.
Sirens wail in the distance, no doubt someone heard the screams of agony coming from the shop and phoned the police. Sin grins, white almost canine teeth shining dimly in the dim glow of the streetlamps. "Let them come" he says loudly before erupting into a fit of maniacal laughter.

Okay I would put the EP up to 2/3 as that's when you can start 'shifting' parts of your body so then I guess you can start pulling parts of you off... 3 if you want to heal relatively fast or it's going to take a long time for you to heal after those wounds... (Odd power by the way)

Also you say he's a street fighter which would no way put him at 5 FS I would say you were FS 3 which is:

Trained - You've either been trained in martial arts for a short period of time, or have gained experience from being in many fights in your life time, and know how to fight fairly well compared to the average human.

Which still puts you a little up from normal humans but you need to have lessons first before you can get to FS 5. If you tone that down that gives you two points you can add on to your EP =D

Also you're going to have to get rid of healing ( 1 healing isn't much different from human anyway) which means you can keep your Bone Manipulation.
