Personality: Quincy is has a very big ego, and is overly confident. He thinks that he can triumph over every super he meets. Even when he feels that someone is better than him, he will not let them know that. Deep inside, Quincy is jealous of those with super powers, as his were taken away when he was young. In respect to other supers, he acts very cruel, even to those on his team. Quincy generally has evil intentions, but is actually kind to individual civilians. For example, he may want to enslave a city or something, but of he sees someone struggling, he will help them out.

History: Quincy Rogers was born in Brooklyn, New York to Dave and Melissa Rogers. Melissa Rogers, died giving birth, but it is also said shock was another factor too. When Quincy was born, he was born a mutant with 6 arms. The doctors and Quincy’s father were in shock when they saw this and they took action immediately. One of the doctors, who was a specialist in genetics, cut off the extra limbs of Quincy, and made it so that they would never grow back and changed Quincy’s genetic structure to match a regular human’s.

Quincy led a somewhat regular life, although it wasn’t the best without a mother. Quincy’s life was also slightly out of the average because he was a genius. He was the school nerd all his life. He was pushed around a lot as a child, and was very sad for most of his young childhood. However, there were two things that made him happy. One of those things was superheroes.

Quincy was obsessed with superheroes. He wanted to have superpowers and be a super hero really badly. He thought it would be impossible for him to get super powers, however. However, he thought that maybe he could be a super hero by using gadgets to fight. After all, there were many heroes like that. It was from that point that Quincy devoted his spare time to inventing and learning how to fight.

By the time Quincy Rogers was a teen; he had become an adept fighter and had quite made quite a few inventions. His favorite inventions were a briefcase which turned into a hover board, and a visor that granted the user enhanced vision. Although he was still the school nerd, no one messed with him, at least not after he gave the supposed toughest kid in the school, Karl Jones, one of the greatest beat downs of his life. He was a hero to the school, but to Quincy it was not enough. He needed to be a superhero.

One day after graduating college at 18, he saw a sign for auditions for his favorite superhero group. He knew he had to try out for this. He thought that this could be his chance to be a super-hero. Quincy went to the auditions with his best inventions and had trained extra hard with his fighting the night before. He had tried his best and he thought he was sure to get in, but to Quincy’s surprise, they wouldn’t take him because “You need superpowers to be a superhero kid.” This had crushed Quincy spirits. He thought he was better than everyone else who had applied and stormed home in a great depression.

When Quincy got home his dad had asked him why he was so angry. Quincy told his dad what had happened but he didn’t seem to understand. His dad knew he was smart and wondered why he wanted to be a hero so badly and didn’t get a real job. Quincy said it was his dream to be a superhero since he was young and he needed it to come true. Upon hearing this, Quincy’s dad told him the story of how he was born a mutant but a doctor had taken his powers away. Devastated to hear that he could’ve had powers all this time, Quincy had, in a fit of rage, punched his dad in the head and stormed off. Quincy didn’t know it at the time, but the due to his dad’s age and fragility the strike was fatal and his dad was soon hospitalized. Dave suffered massive brain damage and died later.

Quincy, taking his favorite inventions with him, ran off. He had changed completely that day. He had lost respect for nearly all supers and an evil formed inside of him. Using his devices, Quincy started many petty bank robberies which he would later use for his experiments. Eventually, Quincy became rich and used his money to buy a laboratory for his experiments and secluded himself there.

Quincy had tried many experiments to try to give himself powers. He tried potions, radiation, formulas, etc. but nothing would work. He tried to contact the doctor who took away his powers, but it turned out he was dead. Quincy thought he would never get his powers back. However, he then realized instead of trying to give himself powers, he’d try to recreate his powers using his great ability to make inventions.

It would take around 7 years for Quincy to finish his experiment, but he knew it was worth it. Quincy had created robotic arms to replace the ones he lost so long ago. Ironically, the exposure to some of the materials granted him enhanced mental capabilities, including the power to telepathically control his new creation. And the first thing he’d do is take out the group that rejected him so long ago. Most were retired but he had managed to track them down and kill them. To Quincy, revenge had felt good, and he wanted that feeling to continue. He then realized that it wasn’t just his idols he needed to get back at; he needed to get back at all superheroes. Quincy took the name of The Multi-Tasker, and then begun his career of fighting superheroes.

Powers: The only superpowers that Quincy has are super intelligence and the ability to mentally control his robotic arms and as a result, also have an ability to split his mind and think multiple thoughts at the same time. His robotic arms are not attached to him and aren’t really a superpower, but it is the main “power” that he uses. Quincy is aso an expert fighter and gifted in making bio-mechanics (such as artificial pacemakers, prosthetic limbs, etc.)

Robotic Arms: Quincy’s main “power” is 4 strong, flexible, telescopic robotic arms. They are made of steel and coated in a millimeter thick covering of graphene (I know that graphene really can’t be that thick, but Quincy finds a way to make it happen). The arms are a foot in diameter and can reach 5 yards at full length and the length of a Arizona can when fully contracted, which he puts under his coat when not in costume. The arms are powered and attached by the outermost part of Quincy’s costume. Each arm has about 4 STR and has 6 END. At the end of each arm is a robotic, human like hand that is sharpened at the fingertips and can rotate 360 degrees rapidly. The hands have enough manual dexterity to work on delicate inventions and the arms can strike as faster than a rattlesnake or move fast enough to make a powerful fan. Since Quincy mentally controls the arms, they have the same amount of fighting skill as he does. They also have “eyes” at the end of their arms so that Quincy can see what they see and even fight multiple opponents at once. Because the arms are electrically powered, they can be disabled by EMP or other similar means and are very conductive to electricity.

Roleplay Sample: Quincy facial expression was one full of rage…and sadness. The weather had matched his mood too. It was a thunder storm, and it had seemed to match the mood all to well. “Please…don’t…” a voice had murmured, but Quincy hadn’t listened. Quincy was in costume, staring the person from whom the voice came from straight in the face. The robotic arms had each grabbed a limb of the person’s body and had rendered them helpless. “Well, well, well. Come on, use your powers…do something.” Quincy said to his prisoner, knowing they couldn’t do anything. “Why are you doing this?” the captive asked in a scared tone. Pathetic for a hero. Quincy thought to himself.

“You don’t remember me do you!?” Quincy yelled. He had the robotic arms stretch his captive more, causing him more pain. “I’ll remind you. Quincy Rogers, I tried out for your superhero team years ago! You turned me down to be on your team because I didn’t have superpowers!” Quincy, without even knowing, had his robotic arms stretch his captive even more, the pain increasing tenfold. “I…I don’t remember!” the prisoner yelled, scared of his former fan boy. “Well…” Quincy said, calmly, but villainously “I’ll give you something to remember for the rest of your life…all 60 seconds of it!” Quincy had his robotic arms pull as much as they can, taking off all of his prisoner’s limbs. The head and torso fell to the floor and yelled in extreme pain. Quincy then continued to pull out a gun from his sleeve and shot him in the head. Walking away, Quincy quietly said “Now that entire dumb super team is finished…Shall no one ever underestimate the power of Quincy Rogers-The Multi-Tasker.”

I do not have the ability to approve your app, but I'd suggest putting some points into EP since you can mentally control the robotic arms.

EDIT: Which would mean that you'd have a "super power".

Which would mean you should work that into your history.

When I looked at your robot arms in accordance with your powers, a few things didn't quite make sense.

All this mind stuff? They sound a lot like super powers. Also, to actually slip apart your mind and think multiple thoughts at once would cause great stress upon your mind. And as I've said before (and will say again), to mentally control your arms you'd need to have some EP points.

In the case when Quincy’s robotic arms do fall of, he will use the arms as a type of whip or similar weapon..

How are you able to see through the eyes? Another question: What are the eyes? Are they lenses that are connected through the internal parts of the arm? That also redirects you to the first question. How do you see through the eyes? EDITNUMBERTHREE: How do you see through all of them at once? Again, I'd suggest putting points into EP so that you have these abilities. On the other hand, you can instead connect them into your brain somehow. It's only an idea, but realize that there are disadvantages to them being connected to your brain and other parts of your body.

Secondly, if Quincy's arms were to fall off, I'd like to remind you that it would be fairly difficult to fight with them since your strength is only 2 without the arms connected. How much do each of the arms weigh?

EDIT: The eyes are what you said, connected internally through the system and he can see through them because they have a shared "mind", which and speaking of which I gave EP points...I also dropped the using as a weapon part, as it doesn't make much sense anyways.
