History:

Joseph Primo II was born in Brooklyn, New York, 1953. His mother died when he was three from a heroin overdose and his alcoholic father abused him and his siblings through his entire childhood which is how he got that scar on his forehead at such an early age. By age 16, Joseph finally fought back against his father and mistakenly killed him. Joesph was sent to a reform school for boys till he was 21. After being released six years later, with no else to go, Joseph enlisted in the military and served a year in Vietnam. After earning the purple heart in 1974 for outstanding bravery in combat, Joseph was selected for a top secret government project where he was the test subject. The U.S. government had spent millions of dollars funding a program where scientists build "Super Soldiers". Joseph was injected with a special serum that was supposed to harden his muscles. But the experiment went horribly wrong. The serum Joseph had taken had traces of stone particles in it. As a result, 60% of Joseph's DNA turned into elements found in rocks which caused his body to form a rock-hard, protective extra layer of skin. On the positive side, his strength, eye vision, and jumping distance greatly increased. The government codenamed Joseph, "Rocko", because of his new "rock-like" exterior. Rocko was originally supposed to be used as the country's secret weapon of war but when he refused to use his newfound abilities for bad purposes, the government had his few remaining family members murdered in an attempt to soften Rocko... even that couldn't change his mind. Enraged, General Clement of the U.S. army threw Rocko in G.U.N. Prison for 36 years. After spending decades rotting behind bars with no one who missed him, Rocko finally escaped and found his way back to New York. He's currently public enemy #1 in the country and is ready to punish the corrupted & reclaim his once glorious city.

Roleplay Sample:

Rocko stares at the skyline of his beloved city. He closes his eyes and hears nothing but police sirens & subway trains in the distance. It's just like every other night. Suddenly multiple gunshots are let off a couple of blocks away, followed by several screams. Rocko hops onto another nearby rooftop and spots a corner store burglury across the street. He lights a cigar as he untucks a pair of brass knuckles from his jacket pocket. He slides down the building's firescape ladder. Two masked muggers come out with thomson machine guns and unload several rounds at Rocko. Rocko continues to walk toward them as the bullets hit him all over his chest and lower torso. He drops to the ground as the two muggers stop to reload. Rocko then stands up. He spits out a little bit of blood and laughs:

Rocko: *Cough* Is that all you pansies got? *Cough*

The muggers are shocked that he's still standing. Rocko picks up his brass knuckles and runs toward the muggers. One runs back inside the store as the other tries to reload his gun. The machine gun gets jammed and Rocko breaks the mugger's nose with an uppercut. He enters the corner store and encounters three more armed muggers. They all unload shots at Rocko as he picks one of the muggers and uses him as a shield. Once they all run out of bullets, Rocko tackles another mugger and bashes the last mugger's head with the cash register:

Rocko: Didn't your momma' ever teach you not to steal?

Rocko lights another cigar as the store owner who was being held hostage nervously approaches him. Rocko is covered in blood. It's a miracle he's still breathing:

Owner: Um... thank... thank you... uh, sir. I would've probably been killed if it wasn't for you.

Rocko looks at the store owner with . It isn't everyday that he's thanked for assualting criminals. He was usually pestered by civilians rather than thanked:

Rocko: ...Your... welcome.

The sound of police sirens get closer as Rocko runs out of the store and jumps onto the side of a building and climbs up to the roof. He then fades into the night.

Almost everything looks good, I just a few things to add/ask.

First of all, with 6 STR you can jump much much higher then 25 FT, but with only 3 END you can kill yourself if you jump to high. Also, with 3 endurance you can break your hand punching certain things. When you throw a punch with 6 STR, you need to have the durability to back it up. So lets say your punching someone with 6-7 END, since your not durable enough to withstand the force of your own punch, you'd break your hand. Make sense? If you have any more questions about that just let me know.

Another thing, I don't think you need 1 EP because you don't have any actual powers. Having rock like skin could be a power, but the way you have it, it's not really. I saw you rock skin as a reason why you'd be super durable, so I'd suggest having 0 EP, and raising your END by 1. This was you can have super human endurance, and still do all the things listed in your history/powers. Other then that, all of your powers are explained on the powergrid, high INT = more usage of your brain, superhuman strength, high Fighting skills = 20/20 eye sight, and if you had 4 END you could also be protected from normal bullet or stab wounds. So let me know what you think of my suggestion, and when your done editing everything so I can approve you. Spidey
