History: Born in the Ice-Age Leon had a pretty normal life - well - for a Sabre-tooth tiger. He was born to the Beta of the pack but his mother died when he was young and had to live off meat earlier. Leon had to learn to keep up the pack from a young age as his father wouldn't carry him and the other mothers abandoned him; he wasn't their cub. Except the Alpha female. When she gave birth to a little girl she became gentler and helped to take care of little Leon. Leon learned to love the Alpha female and as a thank you he took it upon himself to protect the female cub. When the other cubs tried to bully or got to rough with her he would step in and sort them out. They were best friends until they got older when they mated. They lived a content life up until the Ice Age ended. Food was scarce and their pack was dying out. Leonidas fought to get food for his mate and often starved himself to feed her. However soon she grew ill and weak and she couldn't keep up. The pack refused to slow and Leonidas stayed behind with her to protect her and look after her. He knew she was dying but he couldn't leave her. A few days later they had a run in with a human pack.
Humans had begun to hunt the tigers for their coat and their meat. When they saw the female was weak they attacked. Leon tried to fight them off but one got through and killed his mate. Rage filled and grief stricken Leon lay down as if begging for them to kill him to. One hunter was about to grant that wish when a wise woman stood in his way. Leon nudged at his dead mates head and let our mournful cries when finally the hunters left. The woman took pity on him and put a spell on him. She incased his body in ice with her so they could be preserved for life.
In 2010 Leon's ice had been dug up and picked apart. He was thought dead. That was until Archibald got a hold of him and began experimenting. While doing one of these experiments. Archie triggered the old spell which in fact meant he could have a second chance, memories wiped apart from basic instincts. Leo could start again. Soon the tiger came to love the abnormals who were now his family. He's still rather mistrusting of new people but he loves his family.
