Abilities: Able to cut through any metal with ease and go through organics without trouble. Its strength would measure at 4.
Description: See avatar for basics. The sword is long like a longsword and comes to a triangular point, like any normal longsword. Its color is obviously blue, with blue streaks going down it.

Swords that cut through anything are troublesome. Are there any drawbacks to make this weapon not OP?

Yes. Hitting something too strong will cause it to shut-down for a while, or maybe break under the pressure. There's also the chance of a defect in activation, which would cause it to no longer work for a long, long while (perhaps a whole year, but it could be fixed under ample reconstruction). It also has a weakness: water. It'll deactivate the sword for a day.

Magical Items are as strong as your EP
Tech Items are as strong as your Int.

You can't make the item any stronger than either of those. In your monster form, it breaks on even a level 2 durability if it is an Intelligence based item.

Also, explain how you obtained it.

Then thats fine, as long as you know you can never use it in your monster form, I can approve this item application. I don't have a problem with this blade not having any major drawback because your character has 6 INT and you only made it as strong as 4 STR. So good job just remember what you said, if you hit something to durable you blade can become damaged/unusable until you have a chance to make repairs. Approved and moved unless of course Sul or Bliss have a problem with it.
