Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Personality:Jay’s foremost characteristic is his loyalty to his friends. He is brave, a natrual leader, and is willing to risk his life to save his friends, strangers, and sometimes enemies. A serious young man with a sarcastic and smart sense of humour, Jay is a somewhat born hero who hates cruelty and injustice. Although he does not hesitate to “walk away” from a minor crime such as a robber taking a lady’s purse. He sticks closer to the crimes at the municipal, provincial, and national level. Though a natural leader, he can be plagued by doubt and criticizes himself whenever he makes an error. However he is not perfect. He disliks being restrained or forced to obey. And once he is scared with an event that occurred in his past life, it is very difficult for him to let the weight fall off his back.
History:
The Beginning
Jay is one of very few Deltorians left in the universe. He is a member of an ancient, long-forgotten humanoid race that evolved eons ago on the planet Deltoria. His father and God-King of Deltoria, Alor Tar, discovered that their homeworld, Deltoria, was near to complete annihilation from the rest of the universe due to a deadly-contagious disease which was caused by a gas of some type that had been building up within the planet for years. Alor Tar therefore had his 2-month old son placed in an escape pod. This was the first “efficient” spacecraft to travel throughout hyperspace in Deltorian history. Jay’s father launched the escape pod toward Earth just as the gas had spread, so horrible the screams of many could be heard from within the pod.
Land At Last
When the shuttle arrived on Earth, Viceroy and Avery Mortimer found the infant inside the pod and brought him to their Estate in Georgetown, British Columbia. Since he appeared entirely human, the Mortimers assumed that the baby was a victim of a cruel, maniacal, government-funded experiment. At that time the infant possessed no supernatural powers. The Mortimers always wanted a child, but never could, and thus they named the infant Jay and raised him as their very own.
A Blessing By Alor Tar
One night, the now twelve-years-old boy went to bed, but woke up to an entirely different setting. Jay suddenly woke up with no memory on a bus pertaining to the First Beastly School, cuddling with a girl he did not even know. He had any memory of attending the school, yet alone having a best friend named Carter and a girlfriend named Gabrielle. Jay began asking strange questions, but his fellow classmates laughed as if he was always the “kidder of the class”. It was a class field trip to the C.N. Tower in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His coach, Hodges Hall, his supposed Geography teacher and chosen-protector, informed him he had never heard of Jay before that day and that the Aura, a Deltorian “charm”, had manipulated everyone to make them think that they know him. He also revealed to Jay that by his appearance and what is occurring with him, he is indeed a native Deltorian. The bus had reached its destination and all the kids ran out the bus trampling over one another, as the class divided into two groups. Him, Gabrielle, and Carter were in the first group and a bunch of strange kids in the other. Jay's group took the elevator, while the other group “explored” the lobby. They soon enough arrived at the top of the tower. Jay was fascinated, never in his entire life had he seen such a beautiful view. Just as Jay finally settled down and embraced the chamber someone grabbed him from behind. Jay was thrown across the room and slammed into the elevator. First, no memory and then being assaulted by a masked figure. Oww... he had yelped in agony. He looked up to see the class bully, Butch, laughing at Jay’s pain.
The Battle of Skill
He got up and prepared himself for another strike from the bully. Hodges was no where to be found and all the classmates were somehow “forced” back into the elevator as if the wind pushed them. Metallic claws ascended from Butch’s knuckles and his eyes widened to the color purple. His voice reflected that of terror and ultimate doom. Three storm spirits known as Ventus appeared variously in the room. Jay looked around wondering, how on earth does a bully get ghost-like creatures to do his bidding, he must be pretty tough. Everything suddenly became blurry and Jay pictured his father giving him words of encouragement and wisdom. His words seemed so clear the dream felt real. My son, you will get far. Never underestimate your abilities. For one day, the Prophecy shall fulfill and one final choice shall be made. Always remember I be with you. And never forget where your heritage lies. Many shall come after you. The blurriness vanished, but “no moment too soon” the Ventus drove the peculiar boy into the floor. His lip was bruised, his gained a scar across his face, and he felt as if he had broken his ankle. However, that feeling quickly altered when Butch came in for his own assault. Two scythes appeared in Butch’s hands and that’s when Butch made his move. He jumped aloft in the air and thrust down having the desire to chop every organ of Jay’s body. Jay instinctively took out a gold token and flipped it. The coin had turned into a gold sword and he blocked the attack. Without further wait Jay quickly sliced the bully’s stomach. It went right through him as if he was wind, but appeared to have had some affect due to the bully making a battle cry when the sword met his body. He knocked Butch off his feet and somehow pushed him against the glass window using his mind. Jay was shocked to see this superior ability. This was certainly a weird and curious day for him, but talking was for later. The bully’s eyes became wide as if he saw a ghost. Jay arose from the ground and ran with haste to the elevator trying to get out of this dispute. He clicked various buttons, and through the steel doors he could hear the banging and clanging from his unknown fellow classmates on the other side. If only Hodges was there, he could assist but they were still exploring the lobby. Hodges was very fascinated in modern buildings, as not many Deltorian Protectors got the chance to see Modern Earth. Behind Jay, a scream established so loud it could deafen any human. Luckily, although he didn’t know it yet, Jay Mortimer was indefinitely inhuman. He glanced behind his shoulder and saw the three Ventus, at super speed, thrusting toward Jay. Before he could dodge the attack he was jostled into the window. The Ventus repeatedly knocked Jay about the room. He could not sustain anymore harm, as his fighting skills were fairly undeveloped. He was near fatal death. The Ventus came in for a final attack. Halt! The demonic voice of Butch ordered. This time, I will be the one to kill the foolish Deltorian warrior. Jay was dumbfounded to his statement. He was certain he was not a Deltorian warrior, yet alone Jay did not even know where he himself was located.Butch showed his true colors; he was actually a storm spirit, the leader of them to be exact and they were not easy to kill. As Butch came in for his final assault, and Jay pressed the Red button on his Blueberry it transforming into a golden spear, throwing it directly at the heart of the spirit. Upon impact, Butch immediately vanished followed by his goons.
Hodges unexpectedly had shown up just in time and congratulated Jay for his outstanding performance with the supernatural creatures he had never even encountered before.
The Confusion Remains
Suddenly Jay was in his room, again. Outside was still night and his parents were sound asleep. Was it all a dream? Jay pondered his thoughts. The words of his father echoed as he attempted to rest, again. In all reality, it was an illusion his father conjured up to communicate with his son and give him his blessings.
That very day Jay realized something; he had the power to make a difference in life and planned to use it. He was not like many upon the earth, he was a Deltorian, the only one of adolescent age and the future of his people rested in his hands. That day, as Jay realized his true potential and abilities, he pledged to always protect the earth and take the duty to be the best of himself and treat these "humans" as if they were his own children. Earth was now his new home.
The following years, as Jay became older, he attended the Harvard Academy of Medicine in America. When not maintaining justice, he helped those in need of healing.
Powers:
- Psionic Blasts (Ability to project telepathic blasts of energy which have both physical affects and mental. It can cause migraines and pain, telepathically, to the brain/mind)
- Psychic Surgery (The ability to heal mental trauma or the power to stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in the brain)
- Mind Communication (Ability to communicate with individual via the mind)
- Animal Communication (Ability to sway them into my location, but cannot control whom they attack so could be attacked myself)
- Mind Transferal Ability to transfer mind and powers into another individual/host body if own physical body can be somehow killed (with player’s permission and only for RP Purposes and RP purposes ONLY)
Each ability is counted as an option in Telepathy and thus one power. However, I would take an EP for each use of it. Put it this way:
6 EP Total
1 EP for Psychic Surgery option
3 EP for Psionic Blast option
2 EP for “power source” for primary ability, communication, plus options

Roleplay Sample: Jay went down to the Medical Lab the afternoon of July 5th. He was haunted by his nightmares, day by day. He continuously dreamed about the destruction of his people. He would wake up with a shower of tears that lay on his face. It was devastating. He wanted to finally know who he really was. What his genetics were. Everything about his biological body. He quickly grabbed a metallic needles, no longer than 4 inches. Why these humans were always so "afraid" of these needles, he would never comprehend in his lifetime. But it had to be for some reason and Jay was half scared inside. He contemplated on this for a while. His father instructed him in his vision during the battle against the Venti, Butch, to never forget who he was. Doesn't that mean Jay should know who he is? He was tearing just because he did not understand this entire disaster. "Father, forgive me. I must get this over and done with." He inserted the shot into his body and he felt as if his stomach literally dropped. The needle dropped from his hand and he placed his hand on his chest. He assumed "human shots" were incompatible with the genes of pure-blooded Deltorians. He saw purple filled in the needle container, it was the ancient blood of Deltorians. He uncapped the container and the fluid flowed into a genetic-identification machine. Awaiting several hours, after the machine completed calculation, he discovered the source of his power. This source was solar power. Unlike Deltoria which had three suns (1 purple, 2 blue), Earth had one sun and thus would provide an "easier environment" for both his Deltorian body and native abilities.

Re: Verso Sortis
Your history is...confusing, but I think I got the gist of it. You're superriddickman.
Your "sonic screwdriver coin" is going to have to be described and approved if you want it.
How powerful are your psionic blasts?

Your powers are spread a bit thin.
Even at 1 ep people might consider your psychic surgery god moding.
Does your mind communication allow you to read thoughts without permission?

Re: Verso Sortis
Rinne, no it does not. Simply to communicate them if I have a link with their minds (and cannot cause physical harm to them either via the Link). So I must have a link with their minds in order to communicate with them. Other than that I cannot communicate with them. This way, I cannot "talk to someone in their mind" out of the blue.
Sim, I do not understand what you mean by how powerful. Do you want me to size it up with some type of superhero's powers or something?
Yes, I was going to make an Item Application for my former gold coin, which is now a Blueberry.

Re: Verso Sortis
History and personality check out, this application is almost ready to be approved. I think Sim meant that you should give a example in your application of how powerful you plan on making your psionic blasts while roleplaying this way we know if it's fair or not. Rinnegato and Sim already answered my other questions, so after you give a example, I'll review it and let you know if you'll be approved or not.

Re: Verso Sortis
The Psionic Blasts are not as powerful as the rays of the Sun, for one thing.
1) Psionic Blasts are energy bolts released from Verso's hands. No matter where he may aim the energy bolts (on his body), it always and only affects the mind do to Pulses.
2) The psionic blasts have no physical affect, but can only affect a victim's mind which can hurt. The psionic blasts are as powerful as mindgraines. It can cause a victim pain or unconsciousness or even turn someone brain-dead.
I hope this clears it up for you.

I like the first part because it's a minor ability and fits perfectly for the amount of EP you put into it, but I don't think it should be able to knock some one unconsciousness or give them brain damage. I think it would be the most fair if you made it so that it only gives people migraines depending on either how smart they are or how durable they are.
Also, what color would you like for you powergrid?

Re: Verso Sortis
Powergrid added. Now, as soon as you edit your psionic blasts I can approve you. The only reason I'm making you edit it, is because I can't allow a ability only powered by 1 EP to "cause the victim pain or unconsciousness". But once you make the appropriate edits to that power I have no problem approving you .
