Just saying that Soap needs to be taken out of the Approved Heroes since he has to divide up his EP points for his points, according to the EP rule. Soap wasn't around when the rule was passed, so he wouldn't know about it. Regardless, the app should be put back in Hero/Villain Application till he can fix that.
