Personality: As Dr. Crowley, he is fairly laid-back and snarky, and prone to putting things off until the last minute. As Candor, he is a lot more serious about what he does, but he keeps a lot of the snark. In both personas, he has a habit, one might even say a talent, for banter, to the point of annoyance for some people.

History:

Powers: Candor, having no powers of his own other than his amazing intellect, instead substitutes a number of gadgets that he collectively refers to as the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. System.
Jump Jets - These miniaturized jets embedded in Cadndor's boots allow him short, controlled bursts of near-flight, not unlike the leaps of a person with superhuman strength. When angled correctly, they can also be used for a short charge forward. While doing this, however, Candor cannot change direction.
Underweave armor - This armor composed of strategically-placed ceramic plates woven together with Kevlar is worn under Candor's costume, and is designed to help stop bullets and knives.
Synthad - A synthetic hormone not unlike adrenalin. This chemical, typically injected via Candor's belt whilst in costume, or by syringe when out of costume, gives Candor a mild boost to his strength and speed for a period of about 30 minutes (3-4 posts), at which point he returns to normal. Sadly, Synthad is addictive, and Candor has to be careful to not over-use it, lest it have a taxing effect on his body.
T-Goggles - While Candor's T-goggles do include a thermographic setting, the T was really just a cop-out so that he could keep the acronym. Aside from the aforementioned thermographic setting, the T-goggles also have settings for night vision, and vision magnification and enhancement.
Inferno Gloves - These gloves agitate the molecules in the air around Candor's fist when activated, causing enough heat to seer flesh and set combustible items on fire.
Chameleon Cloak - Candor's Chameleon Cloak incorporates specialized nanotechnology in the fiber which allows him to blend in with his background to an extent. Obviously, if he moves too much he'll be visible. Anyone looking close enough can spot him by the ripple-like effect the cloak has when active.
Electroshock discharge device - Really just a fancy name for a tazer. Has a range of about 30 feet, and operates in the 18-26 watt range.
