Shapechanging: .5 (This is because his shapechanges between only 3 forms, two of which have the exact same powers and shit.)

0.5 Points for Stat-shifting? When Pain and I assisted Artemis in her stat-shifting character, she has 4 Forms and requires 2 EP for stat-shifting. You have 1 less Form than her. I don't think a fraction of a decimal for several forms would fly. The rule was made so that players don't have all these powers slammed into one toon at a high potency.

The 2 EP that Artemis uses isn't because of her several forms. It takes 2 EP period to stat-shift. That should be the minimum as far as I'm concerned. You can wait to see what Pain has to say if you'd like.

The thing is Artemis's transformations change her powergrid up a lot. The only stats that stay the same are INT and FS and thats because that is a rule. Nightkill only has three forms, two of which are exactly the same only his appearance is changed (Survival and Normal form) and thats mainly for RP reasons so he doesn't always have to run around as a alien monster man. I'm not saying he should be able to morph for free, but I don' think it should cost the same amount as Artemis's shapeshifting.

That is mainly the reason NK has the shapechanging. There was also Doomsday, who was a symbonite before we retconned him into a mutant form. I can add a weakness to my change if you prefer. It'll now take me an entire post to change shape.
