Personality:Allen is a very gentle soul and a little naive. A kind and gentle soul when around people he tends to try and help as much as he can wherever he can and would even give his last drop of water in the middle of the Sahara to another traveler. Allen sees life as a blessing that must be cherished and throws himself into it with happiness. However when his thirst takes him he becomes extremely aggressive and violent and would kill without a second thought.

History: Allen Krory grew up in a life of plenty and Luxury with his Grandfather who was a Count, The stories of Transylvania passed over to another place known as Romania where The Krory family had lived since they first arrived and established the small village with the people they brought and soon became Count Krory. A castle of stone was built in the early fifteen hundreds and became known as Castle Krory and the Krory's and Villagers lived in peaceful Harmony with each other. That changed when a traveling Gypsy known as Madam Crow arrived at castle Krory and the Count being the gentle soul took her in and fed her, clothed her, and gave her a room to sleep in.

Madam Crow was a very young and very beautiful woman and Count Krory (The very old one form the fifteen hundreds) Soon fell in love with her and she agreed to stay and marry him. They lived happily for many years and soon the villagers loved her as one of there own. However one person in the village did not love Lady crow or now called Lady Krory since she married the count and his name was Victor Bane. Victor had grown up in the village and was envious and jealous of the Krory family and spoke out about them being slave drivers but none of the villagers would listen for there lives were of plenty and good fortune.

Victor had fallen in love with Madam Crow the first moment he saw her and his jealousy ignited his inner rage. Victor snuck into castle Krory on Halloween night in hopes to meed Lady Krory and gain her love and affection sadly it was not too be for when she saw him she screamed and the man trying to silence her killed her. Count Krory heard the scream and came running and seeing his dead wife he attacked killing Victor.

Count Krory was devastated by the loss of his love and desired to have her back however the one thing that was saved was there daughter Julia Krory. Count Krory became both mother and father to the girl and when she was 23 she married a man named Carl Swoon a Knight but rank demanded the lesser take the greater name and he became Carl Krory. Stories of Victor still haunted the town and when Julia became pregnant Carl was on full alert for anything that could go wrong for nothing in this world mattered more than Julia.

However it seemed Victor would not be denied yet another Krory woman and Julia died from Birth pains and there son Jacob was born. However Carl was destroyed inside by the loss of Julia and the old legends state he called forth black magic and summoned Victors spirit to kill him even in the afterlife and succeeded. However Victor promised a curse on the family forever more until this dark deed was repaid and Carl would never be allowed into the gates of heaven. When Carl did die a old man and Jacob was married Victor waited his revenge for Carl to be refused however he was not and allowed into heaven. Victor was enraged and sealed the curse into the name Krory forever.

Jacob married Lu Ann Marigold and she became Lu Ann Krory and the line continued however things started to happen in the castle and village. People went missing, Dark screams were heard from the castle all night. Most things went unnoticed for the people missing were thieves, murders in prison, pick pockets and other filth but no one could deny the screams of Castle Krory and the villagers worried for there Lord and Lady. Jacob stopped coming into town however Lu Ann spoke that her husband was ill and the people sent medicine and food to comfort there Lord and hope he returned healthy and whole. Months passed and finally Jacob appeared but he was changed. His skin was pale, his eyes feverish and he didn't seem to recognize any of the villagers except one. Thomas Bane.

Thomas was the great great great great grandchild of Victor Bane and was a respected member of the village having nothing of his late grandfathers traits but was a hard working individual who was engaged and happy. Jacob hated him with all his being. Thomas soon became a village favorite out of kindness and helpfulness, he was always the first one to dance and laugh. His wife Mary Beth (This is the time of the Pilgrim era) was a luscious beauty who had given herself to God and her husband and was a woman loved by the entire community. More than one brawl had been stopped by her mere word for none would raise a hand to her without the entire village coming down on them.

Lu Ann and Mary Beth soon became like sisters for both were beautiful, charming, and in there own power for women of the era. They became known as the Angels of Krory and Thomas the Saint of the village. Jacob however was still only Count Krory and he still hated Thomas with all his being.

Lu Ann never saw the darkness in her husband for around her and the servants he was still Jacob but the rotting sore of jealousy and hate was eating the man on the inside but he could not harm Thomas for the man had done nothing wrong and was loved. The Villagers wondered why Count Krory and Thomas were not friends for they shared the same traits. Kind, Honorable, Noble, Good men who would help anyone. But still Jacob hated Thomas with all his being.

No one knows why it happened to this day but screams came from the home of Thomas and Mary Beth of horrors still talked about. The villagers rushed to the home of the man and wife and found the entire family of two sons and a daughter slaughtered by a monster who ripped there throats out. Panic issued in the village and Lu Ann rushed to her friends home and screamed for her husband. Jacob was no where to be found and neither was the body of Thomas Bane. Jacob appeared the next day he was healthy, strong, proud. Once again he was a Count Krory and his wife knew he was someone else now.

Jacob had done the worst thing imaginable he had murdered in cold blood Thomas Bane and his family but no one could prove it and no one in the village knew. Lu Ann was skeptical as well until she went into the cellars and a horrible smell hit her. Lu Ann called for servants and some strong men from the village. They delved deep into the Cellars and had Jacob been there none of them would have came out alive but he was away on business. The Village men found the smell coming from behind a wine stock and pulled it away. They screamed.

Behind the wine stack as a man who had no limbs nor eyes nor anything that made a persona person. His body had been savaged like a piece of meat thrown to starving wolves but the one wound that was the neatest was a large bite marks on the neck from several sharp teeth. The Strong men ran from the cellar but Lu Ann begged them not to say a word and in there love for her they agreed. Jacob returned home and when he sat in his library he noticed a smell. He turned his head and the body of Thomas sat in a chair it's empty eye sockets staring at him. It moved. The tongueless creature spoke to Jacob. "I curse thee a monster for monster is what you are, Murderer, devil, being of evil I lay the curse of you down on your line." The body erupted into fire and was gone while the real body of Thomas laid forgotten in the Wine cellar. Lu Ann gave child a female hrri and named her Mary Beth in memory of her old friend.

Mary Beth was not excused from the curse and her dark deeds soon became known to all. The young girl was not very bright but she was a Krory and loved for that reason alone, Some had hoped by giving her the name Mary Beth she would be beautiful, smart, noble, and Intelligent. Mary Beth was none of these things. She was Ugly, Stupid, Spoiled, And rotten to the core. She cared only for beautiful things because she was not. Lu Ann tried to help her daughter but it was useless and Lu Ann soon gave up.

Mary Beth became a black mark on the Krory family and there dark secret was known shortly afterward. Mary Beth fell in love with a young farmer named Tim, he had no last name for he was a Orphan who built his own home and farmed his own land but these things had made him grow up strong, handsome, and worldly and Mary Beth was in love. She tried to use her family name to get the boys love back but Tim refused her saying he regretted it but his heart belonged to another. Mary Beth was enraged and demanded to know who was better than she and Tim told her the woman was not better but his hearts twin. The woman was Sarah Church a christian woman and daughter to the Priest of Krory. Jacob had passed away and Lu Ann was not far from joining her husband at all. She prayed her child would grow but it was not to be. However before she died the love child of Jacob and Lu Ann was born a young boy. Lu Ann died leaving the boy to the castle staff and his name was Christopher Krory.

Mary Beth gave up on Tim and became a hermit inside her castle and watched her brother grow and her anger and jealousy grew with each year. Christopher had all her grandfathers traits. Handsome, Smart, Intelligent, Noble, honorable. The villagers adored the boy and soon he became a man and married. Mary Beth became old and vile. The night everything changed Mary Beth had gone out on her walk she spotted Sarah church with Tim and followed them. Screams echoed but Mary Beth was always stupid she had killed them in front of the church and her father ran out. Mary Beth had her teeth in Sarah's throat and was drinking her blood. Tim laid already dead and he priest charged the woman but one back hand blow removed his head.

Christopher was roused from bed and rushed out to see what had happened to his beloved villagers and was told, Mary Beth was a devil. Christopher waited for his sister and when she snuck home he was there. She laughed at him calling him a young fool and that he too had this curse. Christopher looked her in the eyes and responded that he did know but he sated it on animals and the wicked. Mary Beth attacked her brother but he raised a sword and took her head. Christopher spoke that he had killed the devil with his fathers sword and the name Krory was loved once more.

Many generations passed and the small village grew but Castle Krory soon became Manor Krory the richest family in the country. Christopher was gone but the curse remained and it fell on the youngest boy Allen Krory. Allen was a carefree fun loving child and liked much by neighbors and people of the city. he grew up strong and brave and honorable with wealth at his back and love in his heart. His parents died early his mother lost in Birth and his father died in a Car accident and Allen was left to be raised by his grandfather a Kind and timid man who spent hours tending flowers but he was also a man of knowledge and taught Allen numbers, history, languages and soon the boy spoke French, German, Russian, American, Spanish, And even languages most don't bother to learn including Latin. Allen was highly intelligent and grabbed things easily and memorized them quicker. But his entire life was in Manor Krory and spent little outside it. His Grandfather was also a old Soldier and trained Allen in the Art of Wu Shu for Grandfather had trained in China and even fought on there side. Allen was a star pupil and in a matter of years was a expert fighter.

Grandfather passed away when Allen was 19 and the young man could no longer stay home he needed to see the world and he was very wealthy. He bought a Plane ticket and went to America for he heard it was the land of plenty and arriving he found himself in Hollywood. He bought a manor that didn't even dent his funds and a Lamborghini Diablo. He found money was everything in America but he was also smart with it and used half his funds to build a large corporation in selling children supplies and medicine and funds were flooding in. No longer having to worry about money Allen had only one other thing on his mind. The curse.

Allen spent years trying to find a way out of it but nothing he tried did anything and soon the thirst was back. Allen fled his home worried he might harm the staff and went into the streets of Hollywood. While he was out there a group of Thieves followed him for he was richly dressed and cornered him in a alley way. Allen begged the men to run for there lives but they only laughed and attacked. The last thing any of them saw was a full mouth of sharp long teeth and the agonizing pain as they pierced flesh. The thieves never made it out of the alley that night. Allen returned home and hid away he knew there was no way to stop the curse it was forever and he would need to feed again. He came to the conclusion if he was to feed he would do it on the wicked alone and he took the name Shade Walker. Allen turned his curse into a weapon one that would be a nightmare to all villainy.


Powers: Allen is cursed into a different type of power much like a vampire. However when he drinks blood he doesn't get strength from there blood but from the memory within the blood and it pushes his body far beyond normal limitations. A lifetime of living with the curse Allen has learned to control it somewhat and knows how long one night of feeding will last for his powers. One body will last a month of constantly activating his powers. His body only goes so far and he can kill when he bites. (Piercing damage depends on durability to strength) However he tends to avoid death as much as he can. (Killing does require permission but drinking blood will weaken characters just like if you got wounded in battle it would sap your abilities. This does not work for Int or FS) (sucking blood for 3 posts will drop all stats by 2. for 5 posts will result in all stats being dropped by 4.Etc) The person has to have the durability or strength to physically remove the fangs from the body part bitten. (Goes against his own strength)

There are other ways besides brute strength to escape.

I think both having razor sharp teeth and sapping characters powers should cost some EP, otherwise pretty much anyone could just do it. Razor sharp teeth should cost 1 point of EP, and sapping powers the way you've described, well that should cost 1 or 2 points of EP; my opinion is 2, which would put you at a total of 3 EP. I assume the sapping effects are only temporary and somewhat brief.

His feeding is what keeps him in his powers.

It means if you have 6 durability and I have 5 strength it takes more bites in the same place to actually pierce the skin.

If the person can escape without god modding then by all means do.

Calm down Rex no one is screwing up your grid, were balancing it. You will still be physical strong and fast, but you don't get to have a racial ability that allows you to drain powers without having the EP to power it, no matter how tough it is to do, you don't get a free power.

Your just more well rounded. It's not a terrible thing and it makes your character interesting and more unique.

Now the power of draining is temporary but not brief. Loss of powers could be for a entire topic if no nourishment is taken. Your blood is being drained and your weakened you need something to restore it. If you heal that is different but Please don't get bit then suddenly say your healing power restores everything unless your Healing is that high. It be just like if someone stabbed you in the real world your body would weaken over time until it healed.

Also why is this in the Trash bin?

I have to say that I am very, very disappointed in this application.

For one reason: You're stealing a character idea from an Anime that's very popular, and one of my favorites of all time: D.Gray-Man.

Arystar Krory (Whom your "Allen" Krory is based off of) is a very amazing character, and all you've done is stretched his real character history and added your own spin.

You've also taken "Allen Walker's" name and used it in a mix with Arystar Krory's, in hopes that people wouldn't notice.

As a die hard D.Gray-Man fan; I'm going to have to oppose this application from being approved.

Sorry, Rex, if this makes you mad. If another member of the staff overrides me and approves you, that's fine. It would be a majority of vote over actual power for this application.

Ok first of all i could have gotten the history from Dracula for all you know since it does say a story from Transylvania moved to Romania.

I happened to like the Name Krory and Allen so i put them together and there is no rule against using names. Pain uses one called the Black knight when batman is the Dark Knight so don't even try the name crap.

And my character is not based off of him he was a inspiration. the pic was actually a fluke since I typed in Vampire and this came up so i used it.

And actually about the name I had no intention of hiding who he was since i was asked if i watched D-Gray man in the c-box and said yes and Krory was a Inspiration. So I never even tried to hide it.

Besides Krory only drank Akuma blood.

I'm still leaving this one up the the Big Man to decide what to do. If you've edited everything that he's asked you to edit, prior to this, then you should be fine.

It still makes me upset, jus' sayin'.
