The Ressurection of S.C.A.R.

Quest Name:
-The Resurrection of S.C.A.R.
Description/Goal/Conflict:
-With the word out that Pain has been recruiting some of the strongest heroes around, Nightkill and Victor have decided to confront Chaos about his plan to bring back the once great organization that rivaled against G.U.N. years ago. If Chaos accepts their offer to be the brains of his organization, then the three super-villains will began recruitment, and in time will be restored it's title as the most feared group of villains around.
Difficulty:
-Epic/Legendary
Rewards:
-500 = 1XP

Hold on a second. How would they even know in the first place their is a meeting taking place at all, let alone a meeting to resurrect SCAR and even if they did, how the fuck would the Abnormals even know where it is? No, this meeting is gonna be secret. No one is to know of the meeting that isn't a member or future member of SCAR.
