Costume Description: Costume is extremely plain: A simple full-face black motorcycle helmet, a leather jacket (always zipped all the way up), flexible light gray cargo pants (lots of pockets), thin leather gloves, and simple tennis shoes.

Personality: Very quite and tends to keep to himself, but very eager to help if the need arises, however most of the time causing more problems then fixing them. Very simple minded, but wants to do what is right.

History: Grew up in a middle-class family as the only child. Tim was always more interested in watching the heroes on TV save the day then making friends, or getting to know other kids. As a result, he was picked on most of his life, pushed around for being skinny and weak. His parents paid for Self-Defense Classes for Timothy, and though he learned quickly, he never had enough power to win a fight. However, his genes had different plans for his life and on his 19th birthday his mutant genes slowly came to life, giving him superhuman strength and durability. His body shape remained the same (Thin and scrawny looking), so Tim was able to hide his powers until he learned to control them properly. He then went out and bought his simple outfit, ready to rush in and ‘help’ people like his former self.

Character Description: Very weak looking, with a hunched figure and medium length blond hair. Often seen in simple clothes, such as blue jeans and a tee shirt. Carries around a backpack, containing his costume, at all times.

Powers: His mutant genes grant him super-strength and a invulnerability.

i have to say you have 7 extra points on your powergrid, maybe you could up your strength and Dur to 6, maybe even increase your FS or Int,or speed. Just reminding you that you have 7 more points

You have 7 extra points, you don't need to say super strength in your powers since it shows on your powergrid, a person who's 5'11 but 120 lbs is very underweight, and I'd prefer it if you fixed the spelling and grammar, but that's just me.

Spelling? And he is SUPPOSED to be under-weight...

4 dur doesnt bring you much of a degree of invulnerability , also 1 speed is so slow pretty much anyone can outrun you

It says 1 is Average speed...

no 2 speed is average. Any stat except for EP is average human abilities

though i stand corrected on whats average , its still slower than most. Also a 1 stat is never a good idea anyway.

You don't have to use all 22 powerpoints if you don't want to. I think the weight should be 130 or 140, but I don't really care too much. The powers and stats are fine. Approved.
