Personality: Dark and moody. Mistrusting and paranoid. Nihilistic at times.

History: At a young age, Peitro Laubach moved from his home in Frankfurt, Germany, to New York City. When he turned 18, he changed his name to Peter Thorne, in order to push his German heritage away. Life was good for young Peter, the band for which he was both lead vocals and rhythm guitar having signed a record deal. Unbeknownst to him, his body was not normal.

His powers, however, did not manifest themselves until a week after his twenty-third birthday. One night, he was walking his girlfriend home, and he dropped onto one knee a block away from her house. He proposed to her, and she agreed. His happiness was soon turned into sorrow as a group of men came out of the alley less that fifty feet from the door to her apartment complex. They said they wanted money, and Peter refused. One of the men then restrained him, and the others started onto his now fiancee. Unable to do anything, Peter was forced to watch as they raped and murdered her. When they were done, they stabbed Peter and left him in the alley beside his now deceased beloved.

Something had changed, though. Peter recovered in minutes, the knife wound almost fully healed. Swearing vengeance, he tracked down all of the men who were involved with the incident, and murdered them brutally. Over time, he developed an increased strength, and soon adopted the persona of "der Drachen", spelling the name out in the blood of his final victim.

Now, he hunts down those who he deems "evil", and seeks to end their existence once and for all.

Powers: Regeneration, strong enough that he can fully recover from having his body blasted apart (however, it would take about month to do so)

List out the weapons that he uses to complete his acts. Weapons use INT and FS so don't completely neglect those stats, they may be more important than strength. But thats beside the point of approval.
