Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Finn O'Connell ; Vulken
Real Name: Finn Malachi O'Connell
Villain Name: Vulken
Title: The Scholar's Prince
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian Human; Irish
Hair: Red-brown
Eyes: Blue
Height: 6'3''
Weight: 193 lbs
Costume Description/Image:
Personality: He has always been a quieter person, preferring to use his actions instead of words to get his point across. The downside of that is that he is extremely opinionated, and while being well-read, he is steadfast with what he believes in, and rarely, if ever, changes his mind once it's been made up. Finn capitalizes on manners, decorum, and being a good gentleman, and will sometimes go out of his way to correct the ''mistakes'' of his fellow males. The air of superiority that emanates from him is nearly palpable, and he can be very haughty if he feels up to it. Even though he is stubborn with what he ''knows to be true'', he can be flexible when it comes to others beliefs, allowing them to utilize theirs as opposed to his ( unless he's in battle, of course ). While he does seek to forward his own private, mysterious agendas, he knows if and when he has been defeated, and always loses with a subtle dignity and grace, saving any anger he may have for a later confrontation. Only on a few occasions has he lost his temper, as he tends to keep it in check. He is a strategist to the end, and would much rather use logic than heart to solve his problems.
History: Finn Malachi O'Connell was born the first of a set of twins to his father Ciaran O'Connell and mother Brigid O'Connell, his twin brother was named Tadgh Orin O'Connell. The boys' father was a wealthy man who dabbled in stocks, as well as had a fair share of the old money from Carnegie Steel, allowing him to settle down with his family in an extravagant mansion. At a young age, Finn noticed his powers begin to emerge, and being the more intelligent of the twins, he kept them a well-guarded secret. To his knowledge, his brother was normal, and he capitalized on this by gently steering his brother into sports, allowing Tadgh to draw the family eye to his athletic prowess while Finn slowly trained and mastered his abilities in secrecy.
As he aged, when he wasn't fine-tuning his powers, he was reading. He read up on philosophy, specifically utilitarianism, and became a devout utilitarian. Finn would also educate himself on rare animals, exotic locations, and strange cultures that eventually fed a growing wanderlust deep inside the boy. The relationship between him and Tadgh only grew worse and more violent with time, often leading to physical confrontation and full-on fights. Knowing that it was best that his family remain in the dark about his powers, he would humbly lose these bouts, preferring to get a little bloodied up than lose that element of mystery. Time passed, his parents grew richer, his brother grew more muscular and violent, and Finn grew more restless, anxious to try out his abilities on a waiting world beyond the wrought-iron gates of his property. One final fight between the brothers erupted, and Finn, now long weary of his siblings outbursts, used his abilities to effectively render his brother not only unconscious, but paralyzed. In horror, his mother banished him from home, while his father merely turned his back from a son he no longer acknowledged. Finn left home, taking ( here: stealing and putting in an offshore account ) a large amount of his families money for private use. He promptly boarded the first plane out of Ireland and never looked back, feeling neither pride nor regret.
Tadgh eventually recuperated months later, only to discover he was now a paraplegic; he has since forgiven his brother in hopes they can rekindle the camaraderie they had as children. The two write to one another bi-monthly.
Powers: His powers stem from an advanced brain and naturally occurring, extremely metallic blood. He tries to carry with him at all times nuts, bolts, screws, and other small metal objects for use when no other metals are around.
-Psionic Abilities
Finn can cause mental discomfort, or even pain, if he comes in close contact with a victim for a decent amount of time. He usually achieves this by placing his fingertips on or near the victims temples. ( This is his weakest and least-reliable power ).
-Manipulation of Magnetic Fields
He can generate small, concentrated, and often specifically-shaped magnetic fields. He prefers to have them originate from his hands or arms, for the sake of convenience. ( This power is reliable and strong, but can be physically draining if used for an extended period of time ).
-Reading and Application of Psychic Residue
He can ''feel'' and pick out the psychic residues, or ''trails'', left behind by those that are mentally gifted, sensing them as a heated sensation, depending on the level of ability of said person and his proximity to the trail. He can also leave pockets of psychic energy that act like paralyzing traps, overloading another gifted persons powers as long as they are in that area; these can last from 5 minutes to 6 hours, depending on how much energy he puts into one.( This can be unreliable depending on the location and his level of fatigue; i.e. He can't tell the difference between a trail and a concentrated area of heat, nor can he pick up on them, or leave one, if his stamina has run its course ).

The two bolts danced merrily around one another, like thin leaves in an autumn breeze around the tray table that lay in front of Finn. His fingers curled and stretched like those of a puppeteer as the two bolts spun around one another, clinking together happily with soft, pleasant chimes. This of course came to a clattering end when a flight attendant approached him. ''How did you enjoy flying first class, Mr.O'Connell?'' she asked softly, putting on a mask of happiness and a willingness to serve. ''It was lovely, thank you.'' he said, his words wrapped in a sigh as he swept the bolts into a small leather pouch full of them, among other things. ''Good.'' she said, barely above a whisper as her gloved, and no doubt manicured, hand settled on his shoulder. ''We will land in about ten minutes.''
''Ah, yes, thank you.'' he breathed, giving her a small smile to show he was content with his current situation. The young woman returned the token smile and removed her hand, stalking off to inform the other passengers. He propped his elbow up on the tray table, resting his head in his hand, his gaze now out the round window and trained on the patchy ground below. A smog-covered city sprawled out like a gray, pointy fungal growth underneath the expansive wings of the plane. Finn winced, gingerly pulling the shade over the window before quietly popping his tray back into place. America had been the first place on his list of locations to visit on his globetrotting quest, seeing as it was the one he wanted to get over with first. One couldn't brag about being to the brothels of Singapore, the expansive arcades of Japan, the black beaches of Hawaii, without first begrudgingly admitting to have tread on the soil of the United States of America. Plus, he planned to really let his abilities loose, take off his own proverbial muzzle and take a very unique bite of the country. The rest of the world could wait, as far as he was concerned he shouldn't exercise his brand of conquest in some finer, more interesting and decadent corner of the planet.
No. This will do. He thought to himself, straightening the laces in his shoes as the landing gear of the plane came out with a clanging shudder.

Re: Finn O'Connell ; Vulken
Great character sheet.
I just had a point to make about the EP powers. You have three of them and following the rules the points are split between them, which weakens each ability. How would you split these three?

Re: Finn O'Connell ; Vulken
Magnetic Manipulation would get 3 points, his abilities with Psychic Residues would get 2, and the Psionic stuff would get 1. Does that sort it out?
