Personality: Stoic and cynical Kevin is always known to keep his calm. He’s the kind of guy who will stand calmly under a hail of gun fire while lighting his cigarette. He’s a quiet man who rarely talks but knows how to get the information he needs, even if that means greasing a few palms and causing a little pain. He knows how to pick out the weak one in a group and exploit all weaknesses. If he’s quiet, you can bet your ass he’s listening for anything he can use against you. He craves female company, but doesn’t really understand how to hold a relationship and becomes very shy when face to face with a girl. Kevin is rarely concerned only for himself and his own needs but instead always worrying about his friends and family. You will rarely see him without his headphones on and music blaring loudly.

History: Kevin was born into the Kurgan Gang, a group of die-hard, drug dealing gangsters whose warlike ways have scattered their legends far and wide throughout the ghettoes of New York. The group is incredibly tight knit, although any outsider can join, provided they are willing to share with the others. It comprises of mainly mixed-race individuals, and the origins of the original members is little-known outside the gang.

Kevin was born into one of the hitter families of the group (The Fighters/Assassians), and was expected to be able to fight people twice his size from a very early age. The first person he killed was a gangbanger who tried to rob him, he did it all with his bare hands. His parents were kind, but firm, and he was forced to learn to think on his feet from the word go. He grew up fast, and he grew up mean. Though he had a slow fuse, it was extremely short, making him slow to start a fight, but quick to finish one.

Though life was hard it was good too him until he was ten when his parents and most of the gang where killed in a police raid creating a distraction for him; Kevin managed to escape with only minor injuries but was scarred emotionally for life. Having no idea what too do now that he was on his own he turned to what he knew best, fighting. He spent several years fighting in a underground club barely making enough money to get by.

Sick of how his life was going and being haunted every night by the guilt of what he had done in his life he made a decision to straighten his life out, but before he could do that he had to do one last high profile fight against a man who use to be a professional boxer in order to have enough money to live for a few months. The fight started off with the boxer beating Kevin pretty bad until he made the mistake of lowering his guard for one second; in this brief second Kevin high kicked the guy right in the throat killing him on the spot. The dead mans friends where rich powerful people and weren't happy with what went down blaming Kevin for it even though it was an accident, they kidnapped him when he was in the locker room resting.

For the next 9 months Kevin sat in a dark dingy room having constant painful odd experiments run on him all day nonstop, One night he was injected with a powerful drug that stopped his heart and temporarily killed him. Several days later he foundh himself laying in the town dump when he went to stand up and brush himself off he found that he moved so fast he could barely see his hand, Somehow the strange drug that pumped through him increased his strength speed and endurance. He is slowly mastering his powers and now uses them to help out the good citizens that aren't strong to help themselves in hope that his good deeds will make up for the mistakes he made in the past.

Powers: Kevin has no real powers besides his Speed. His fighting style is unorthodox making it very hard to predict what will come next from him.

In your history, you were ten when your parents were killed and all of that happened, but you already had been fighting and went off to take care of yourself? That sounds like a bit much for some one who is only ten, at this point in time I think you should be fifteen to sixteen years old.

Add in to your powers that you have super human strength.

Since your powers were given to you by painful experiments and drugs, just a suggestion, but maybe you should have your powers given to you by Project Perfection. They have hide outs/headquarters all over the world and constantly abduct humans to make them into superhuman weapons; they're trying to take over the world with an army of super humans. Several characters on the site have been given their powers by this evil group, Pain and The Black Knight/Wilbert Jackson included; but they escaped. The ending of your history is a little strange I mean why would they just let you go like that? Maybe it's just the way I read it. Did they dump you cause they thought you were dead and were useless to them? If so, that makes more sense. Project Perfection would consider you a failed experiment and toss you in the trash. If you want to use this idea and have any questions about it, just ask.
