Just wanted a simple walk in the park is all....

Isis had spent her day helping those she could. She could use a break, it was tiring after a while, dealing with people. It's not that she was doing the whole hero thing, she did do that too, she had just happened to be helping with a clothing drive for the homless of New York. Yeah, so she was being kind of a goody two-shoes, but it wasn't bad to help out once in a while. Her mother would have been proud of her at least. With a sigh, the red-headed woman stretched and rose from a wooden bench she had been sitting on. The park was almost empty, apart from those on bikes and what-not.

She made her way slowly down the cement path, just breathing in the fresh air as she walked. She hoped she didn't run into too much trouble, but it always seemed to find her no matter what. She would probably run into some hero or villian, there seemed to be plenty around here. She stopped once to look around her, her gaze following those of several children walking home from school. She sighed again and kept walking. She was bound to bump into someone interesting, this city was good about making sure she did.

Tobias sat with his back against a tree and waited for the day to get less bright for him to continue his wandering. He was tired and hungry, yet he dared not go to a crowded place. His powers were dangerous and could kill someone easily for all he knew. His shades were cracked and his clothes showed the signs of recent battles. Where they didn't cover scars could be seen and his face was scarred as well. He dozed in the shade and kept off the main path with it visible should he wake.

Chris wandered through the park with his headpohones blaring, he wasn't really sure what he was doing here but he felt like it would be a good place to waste some time. It was a nice warm day and this made Chris's naturally cheerful nature come out even more. Stopping by a small pond he picked up several oddly shaped pebbles and began skipping them across the top of the water humming his favorite song to himself.
