Personality: Abomination was created to cause nothing but destruction he is a ruthless and efficent fighitng machine capable of little thought, Oddly though when it comes to children he refuses to hurt them. Anyone who attempts to capture him will set him in a rage. Occasionally he will have temporary flash backs of his life before his memory was wiped after these flashbacks his human side tends to show more. Can be childlike at times when he makes a friend he will protect them one hundred percent but he only respects people stronger or who out smart him.

History: Dr. Morton Thorgood was once a respected and highly published man of science until he started to get in on his older days were his mind started to drift and his experiments became questionable. Few understood how Morton's mind work were most saw destruction and pain he saw opportunity! He traveled the world funded by Project Perfection and started collecting blood samples of the world's greatest and most powerful warlords and heroes in order to create a force that would put him on top of the scientific world and get him the respect he deserved. Using the blood samples Thorgood created a creature of pure power that he had under control due to a switch implanted in it's mind. Thorgood was unable to legally acquire a test subject so he kidnapped a high profile soldier and wiped his memory in order to control him. For the first year of subject XIV's life this is all it took too control him and it made Dr.Thorgood's dream come true not only was he respected but he became rich lending his creation to the army. On the day Thorgood went to show his creation off at a massive science gathering a giant magnet created by a fellow scientest short circuited model XIV's control chip and he went on a rampage killing everyone at the fair before escaping. Now XIV is on the run and refuses to ever go back to captivity!

Healin' instantly sounds a bit crazeh, tone dat down a bit, can't be instantly, but it can be very very quick. Especially since dat shii be yo only EP power.

Da cuffs we aint usually allow for low int characters, but dey aint nuffin special so I'ma say dey aight.

Elaborate on yo personality a lil more. As for your history, you could put that Dr.Morton Thorgood worked for Project Perfection. It's a secret organization that has several headquarters all around the world, using all types of businesses and military powers to help fund their projects. In return, they sell powerful weapons, and secretly make and distribute super human projects. Pain was given his powers by this group, so was the Black Knight, and many other heroes/villains. If you have any questions about it, just ask. But it'd be cool to have your story intertwine with other characters.

I think its implied that instantly means very quick. Instant heal would mean the Cut or Bullet hole would heal before the weapon or projectile is even completed its passing stroke. Instead, I'd like to envision this character to have the Healing power similar to Wolverine? He'd get shot, slashed, gouged, but very rapidly start healing right away. The process would start right away, but he wouldn't be 100% Healthy for a few seconds. From deeper wounds, longer.

Being that it's his only EP Power, I don't see why 5 EP wouldn't cover that easily.

I agree dawg. I aint nevah said he has ta change stats. Juss sayin' reword yoself, sayin' instantly is a bit crazeh. I figured it would be juss like Wolverine's healin' factor too. Healin' up like crazeh fast and shii.

Wouldn't something like Wolverines healing power need lvl 6 or 7 ep? Wolverines Regeneration was a whole nother level all together since it healed EVERYTHING.

No because we've got characters who have regen on top of other powers at that level. Regen is this guys only power.

First of all, you don't need to say the bolded. It should say so in your powergrid.

Second of all, the metal cuffs are items and you make an item application.

Also, are your claws retractable? How powerful are they? How sharp are they? Can they cut through steel? Diamond? We need more details.
