This character displays little to no emotion to anyone or what he does. He is always calm and rarely gets angry or just even upset toward anyone. He is not really what you call polite but its for the reason he does not care to interact. He does not like being held up for a long time, but he will be patient. He only exerts feelings towards people he meets and probably will care for. While alone or if he is caught up he likes to listen to really heavy music.

Dustin was a normal child. He had his powers at birth being born to manipulate energy. While he was a child he was always thinking of having something unique, but it seemed to never come to him. This power he had was dormant and the only signs of it was few when one day he fell and an energy cloaked him and protected him from getting hurt. When he found out he had this ability it meant the world to him, but he did not truly use it for good sometimes.

He lived out his high school graduating with his class men and then went off to do his own thing. He was offered a high paying job to mess with electronics. He moved up into other states to work to simply fund his living but also in hard times he stole from banks and small stores. Other times he helped save people from the others who were after them. And had a small feeling like he had to help protect the weak from the strong.

He had lived in an apartment in New York for a long time. He liked going to the park since it was a great place where he didn't have to worry. Most of the times he was there it was at dark and he would do this to help control his abilities. Since he grew stronger he needed a bigger place to test. After a while he came to the fact that now there were meta-humans like himself had assaulted a full on invasion through the streets of New York. He killed off any meta that jumped out trying to kill him. He finally left an sorts through the country to make a new life since the last one was destroyed. But now that he has been getting stronger he has begun to use his power a lot more than usual.

He now tends to use his powers for personal gain without stepping too hard on the law, but if he feels the need to see the law unfit he will spit on it time to time.
