What is Project Perfection?(open to 1 person)

Not too long after leaving his home, Adaron set out to New York City to get some information on this 'Project Perfection'. He knew finding info of this project would not be an easy task, the first thing Adaron would do is find a partner who can help him get this info. But that was another problem, he had no clue where to start looking for a partner "Might as well start in this bar" He thought to himself. Adaron entered the bar slowly to avoid being noticed, but he was noticed right away "Wearing a robe in a bar......nice one....." He thought to himself again. He walked over to the left side of the bar to try and lose attention, luckily it worked. Now that he was unnoticed, he would start asking people if they knew about 'Project Perfection' or if they could help him find out. After a few minutes he had searched almost the entire bar and yet no one knew or would help. Adaron was getting ready to leave and then on to the next bar.

Wilbert, or should I say William was out of costume and not dressed like a thug. He was sitting on the far end of the bar out of the light and kept to himself, making him difficult to notice. Every once in awhile The Black Knight liked to go out and do something on his own, outside of the mask and outside of the thuggish persona. Will was just hanging out at a crappy bar in the slums of New York in the middle of the day, he was just like a normal person right now, well sort of. He had been drinking a little, and it felt very nice to be able to cut loose. He certainly wasn't sober anymore, he had become a little drunk, but it wasn't something that effected his mental capabilities too greatly. After all, he was more than likely the most intelligent man alive. His appearance was different than Wilbert's, he was dressed more simple with better fitted clothes, and he hadn't shaved in awhile either; his five o' clock shadow getting rather thick. He lifted his glass and brought it to his lips, gulping down the strong straight vodka shot all at once. Refreshing and relaxing, but for whatever reason he couldn't shake this feeling. A feeling of loneliness and emptiness, it was almost depressing, but it was something he tried to never let get to him.

William overheard the mysterious robed man who had entered earlier asking about Project Perfection, and he couldn't help but get interested. What did this man want to know? Why did he want information about Project Perfection? What were his intentions? Many questions went through the great detective's head. As the robed man walked by him, he nudged him with his elbow and spoke up in his deep poetic voice. "Take a seat and have a drink."

Adaron had searched almost everybody there was, only a few left but it seemed like a waste of time. As Adaron was walking out of the bar, his elbow was nudged by a man who seemed nearly invisible in the dark. He heard the man talk, Adaron sat down next to the man "I don't drink" He said with a low voice. Adaron put his scepter and sword down next to him and was getting ready to ask questions "Alright you got my attention, better tell me about Project Perfection or i have no use for you" He said while sending arcane magic through his body making arcane glow around him.

William softly chuckled at the bold man who had demanded to be told about Project Perfection. With a nod of his head he called over the bartender, holding up his hand and putting up two fingers. "Vodka." He spoke calmly in his deep and soothing voice."Relax. Have a drink." He ordered the man sitting next to him a drink anyway, ignoring what the man said. Out of the corner of his eye he examined the man's outfit and weaponry. William figured that this man was super human in some way, more than likely a magic user judging by the scepter. He smirked at the mysterious robed man, grabbing one of the drinks that were just put down. With one big gulp he finished the entire shot, it was nothing to him. "Ahhh." He exhaled a breath of satisfaction, and the drink had burnt his throat just a little. He lowered the glass and placed it on the bar before speaking up again. "I don't think you're in a position to make demands. Tell me, Magician, why are you here?"

Adaron just watches as this man ignores what he says, "Like i said before, i don't drink" He said as he pushed away the drink. As Adaron is listening to the man talk he hears him say "I don't think you're in a position to make demands.", he finished listening to him talk. Adaron smirked and said "Well, i can't give you the location i came from and i'm looking for something called 'Project Perfection'. Do think you can help me with that" Has Adaron finished talking. He looks at this man and starts examining this man, after about a few seconds of thinking, Adaron thinks of a reason for knowing he's a Magician and that when he said I don't think you're in a position to make demands. That brings Adaron to a conclusion that this is no normal human, he must be a superhero or a genius of some sort, although he doesn't he some anything like it but it might just be a disguise. "Wait!Before you answer back, who are you, are you a superhero or a genius.....or even a supervillain?" Adaron said while grabbing his staff and sword just in case he attacks.

"Very well." William shrugged at the man as he denied the drink, his loss, he just needed to lighten up; even he wasn't that uptight. This guy was bold and unwilling to talk, he stopped himself from chuckling at this man, but he couldn't help but smirk. "I'm just a man who cares too much." He replied calmly to the magician's question. Will took the glass he had ordered for the magician and lifted it to his lips, drinking it all in one big gulp. He placed the empty glass right beside his own, watching the mysterious robed man out of the corner of his eye. William noticed the man gripping his weapons, he assumed he was preparing to strike and spoke up in his deep poetic voice. "Relax. I can't help you with anything, but I may be able to point you in the right direction. It is not information I would so easily give away. Tell me, why do you seek Project Perfection?"

As the man is finished talking, Adaron bursts out " Listen i just want to find project perfection, I will not tell you why but just tell me where i can find someone to help me find information on it", As Adaron finishes talking, he quickly sat back down and dropped his weapons. He lets out a breath, he slowly opens his eyes, when his eyes are fully open they are pure white. Adaron was casting a spell, a very powerful spell, he was ready to level this place if needed. But then he releases the power stored up and his eyes turn back to normal, Adaron calms down and then is ready for him to respond to his question.

William sat there calmly as the man dragged the attention of every one in the bar to them by burtsing out like that, letting out a sigh to the man in response. Was this guy serious? He expected him to just give away information like that to a complete stranger? This man's motives were very mysterious and with the way he acted his alignment was difficult to tell, even for a super genius. William refused to help this man, for all he knew he could be a villain with the same intentions as Ferrum. His eye nearly twitching at the thought of that man's name, his lips cringing in disgust, he truly disliked that evil man.

When the man sat back down, his eyes lit up a bright glowing white, he was obviously powering up for some sort of attack. William nearly pulled a tranquilizer dart from his pocket, but the magician calmed himself and returned to his seat. By now, everyone in the entire bar was staring at them. "Looks like you've drawn a crowd." William said calmly, not even bothering to look over at the man as he ordered another drink. The drink was quickly poured for him, another shot of straight vodka. He gripped the glass in his left hand and brought it to his lips, gulping it all down at once. "Ahh..So.." He said as he lowered the glass back to the bar. "I can see this is going nowhere.."

As Adaron notices he draws a huge crowd from his burst out, he watches as the man asks for another drink and then gulps in down at once, as the finished talking, Adaron let out a deep breath "Alright, i guess i can introduce myself, My name is Adaron Sarnus, I'm sorry for that outburst but can you please just help me with this". After Adaron finished speaking, he took his cowl down, he put his scepter on his back and he put his sword in its case, "And i want add that i am a hero, i want to take down project perfection and i want you to help me, might i add, what is your name?" Adaron said as he while holding out his hand, waiting for the man to shake his hand.
