Ryuuga Meets Frost (PRIVATE)

What appeared to be a little boy about 7 years old stood over the body of a cowering woman, a hateful scowl on his face. His hair was a light blue that stopped at his shoulders and had green eyes that had slit snake pupils, his attire consisting of an all-white kimono and white sneakers. Ryuuga, who was the boy, spat on the woman as he held his knife up. "Damned fucking whore. I fucking hate you no good selfish bitches. None of you damn vagina's are fucking worthy of life" the 4 foot tall boy cursed at the woman violently in a raspy tone of voice, which hinted that he was older then he appeared. He clutched a pocket knife in his hand and was prepared to drive it into the woman until she died. He really hated women because whenever he looked at them, all he could see was the face of his mother, that no good fucking whore that abandoned him to be with a man who didn't want him around. He made her and that damned fucking shithead pay for what they did but he was still full of hate and so he decided to take his hate out on the other women. The 17 year old trapped in a 7 year old body was going to enjoy killing this woman.

Frost was yet again patrolling the city, something he found himself doing more and more often lately. The city seemed to be dead with nothing interesting to really do around town, just a few hostages and couple robberies here and there, nothing really worth noting when fighting other super powered villains on a regular basis. Things were defiantly boring lately, sometimes it forced him to wonder if it was worth it at times, after all he could just put down the mask and never have to save another person again. After all these powers were nothing but a curse on him, though he did want to use them to help others, but even that was becoming more and more of a chore. Nobody ever seemed to want to thank him, maybe that was a bit selfish but it was human to be that way sometimes.

Then he heard the scream of a woman down an alley not too far to what seemed to be his left so he followed the sound across the rooftops. Reaching the edge of a building and looking down he saw the woman in question on the ground scared in front of what looked to be a child. Quickly climbing down the fire escape of the building he was standing on until he was close enough to the ground to simply jump, knowing how to land without injury from high jumps was something he learned in martial arts. He landed directly in front of the boy, putting his body between him and the scared woman. Upon closer inspection he could see that the boy was wearing a kimono, odd but not the weirdest thing he had ever seen, and he was holding a knife, nothing too dangerous.

“Hey kid, you might want to put the knife down and walk away,” Frost said to the small boy, who was most likely only four foot or so tall. “You’re going to hurt yourself handling something like that,” he was not taking the boy seriously; it was obvious from how he spoke, as if to a child, which he was. Of course, just another ordinary day with nothing interesting was happening, at least nothing out of the ordinary.

Ryuuga was prepared to carve into the woman when a man landed in front of him and blocked his way from the woman. He looked up at the man and scowled angrily at him for having the audacity to stop him from giving that no good whore what she deserved. His scowl just grew larger when the man called him a kid and said he was going to hurt himself by handling a knife. That no good fuckmook! He would pay for making fun of him. "Who are the fuck are you calling a kid you goddamn fuckmook? Not my fucking fault you are blind as you are fucking stupid to think I am a kid" he snapped at the much taller man in his raspy voice that was something no kid would have, knowing part of the reason he was referred to as a kid was because of his height and he HATED being mocked about his height. This fucker would pay for calling him a kid. Using his full speed, he launched a punch at Frost, packing in his full strength behind the punch, knowing very well Frost would underestimate him because he looked like a kid and therefore, not be aware of his capabilities.

The boy had responded in a way that he had not expected, using a long string of expletives and dialogue as though he did not have a strong grasp of the English language, he was acting like Frost would expect for a small and scared child to react: fear. He lunged for Frost, showing surprising speed for a boy his age but nothing the super hero could not handle. If it had not been for the knife he was still holding Frost most likely would have taken it easy on the boy but he had learned a long time ago that you never take an armed person lightly, not even a child.

Frost stepped to the side and moved the child’s fist to the left, though there was far more force behind it then he would have ever expected even from a full grown man let alone a small boy. He had to take a few steps back to brace himself from what was not even the full force of the boy’s attack. Moving quickly to regain his position between the woman and the boy, with the kids strength he could not let him get close to her, or else it might be harder to protect her, this was definitely getting more interesting but at what cost.

Taking a fighting stance to prepare for anything else the boy might have up his sleeve. Frost pulled water from the bottom of the dumpsters around him, which was nasty but necessary, he would simply have to be sure not to cover himself in the stuff. Now he just had to wait for the boy to make his next move.

Ryuuga's eyebrows rose in surprise as Frost managed to dodge his punch, indicating he was faster then he appeared. He grit his teeth in irritation and threw the blade away, thinking he wouldn't get much use out of it right now since this man was obviously going to give him some problems. He cracked his knuckles and neck and then lunged at Frost, sending out a flurry of punches at the man's face with intent to seriously injure him. There was something in Ryuuga's eyes that was unexpected, a lack of mental stability, indicating that this child was perhaps a little bit insane. Ryuuga always got pissed off whenever someone tried to get in his way of killing a woman when they deserved nothing less but he always made sure they paid for it, with their lives. After all, when he wanted someone dead, he would have them dead and no one would stop him from doing what he wanted.

Frost was ready for the second lunge and reacted accordingly, again sidestepping the attack but this time he did not try to divert the attack, being aware that it might hurt him should he make a single mistake. The boy was fast but he was not very well refined with his attack and could possibly be due to a lack of education, being in that he had not learned that forward assaults would be useless against someone as well trained in combat. His attack, after being easily dodged, had left the boy open to attacks from the side and Frost was not the type of person to let something like that slide by.

He shot a jet stream of water at the boy from the side making him hit the building to his left and froze the dirty trash water around him. “That should be able to hold him back,” Frost said to the woman. He looked to her and made sure to try and calm her, “You can get out of here now.” She took off without so much as a thanks or anything of the sort, just like usual. He would leave the kid there, let him cool off for a while, the hero laughed quietly at his own joke. He turned from the boy and started toward the fire escape he had used to reach the street.

Ryuuga was hit by the stream of water and impacted against the building, struggling in his bonds as the water froze over into ice. He narrowed his in anger as he saw the woman get up and run away, which only served to make him even angrier. He pumped his full strength into his struggling and managed to break free from the ice. While Frost's back was turned, he lunged at the man and attempted to kick him in the back of the head, simultaneously aiming a punch at his spine with the intent to cause incredible pain to Frost. He hated being underestimated and he was going to make sure this guy took him seriously dammit. If there was ever one thing he hated besides women, he hated people who thought he was just a kid and therefore no real threat. He hated those people almost as much as he hated women and he always made sure they regretted not taking him seriously, just like this guy was going to.

Frost heard the explosion of the ice breaking behind him and turned just in time to see the boy coming at him again, still with little training behind his fist. The boy was fast but Frost had just enough time to turn his body and avoid the attack to his head but his middle was still open and could not be easily moved from the way of his other fist, but luckily he had turned his body and it had only come in contact with his left arm. The force of the blow was still more than enough for Frost to be knocked to the ground like a wanton toy as he skipped a couple feet.

There did not seem to be any long lasting damage though, at most a sprained shoulder that could be fixed later with little assistance but it would only be a minor hindrance now. He quickly jumped to his feet and regained his stance and pulled water from his surroundings, luckily it was another wet day making it easy to find sources. From the floating orbs of water he shot a stream of high velocity projectiles at the young boy. Whatever he was holding back before was no longer being held, this kid would have to deal with Frost’s full force.

Ryuuga quirked an eyebrow upwards at the attack. He had never seen a person manipulate water before so it came as a bit of a surprise. It was so much of a surprise that he was hit by a few of the projectiles, causing him to wince as bruises that were unseen by Frost appeared on his body. However, they were quickly healed by Ryuuga's healing factor and being hit by a few of the projectiles snapped him out of his surprise, which caused him to duck underneath the last few of the projectiles. He noticed a nearby dumpster and ran over to it, picking it up and throwing it at Frost. It was one of those large industrial dumpsters so being hit with one of those was definitely going to hurt. The kid being able to pick it up with relative ease spoke volumes of the kid's incredible strength.

The dumpster flew with surprising speed but Frost was still prepared for anything that the little boy could possibly throw at him. He would not underestimate his opponent, that was a rookie mistake and Frost was far from being anything even closely resembling a rookie, this boy was in for more than he could handle, he just did not know it yet. Using some of the water that he had gathered from earlier he used to push the dumpster to the right and into the building with surprising force, nothing too difficult for someone as well trained with their power. Now it was time to focus an attack on the boy in return Frost had let him lead the battle for a while and now it was time to take things back in his hands.

Using his powers to their fullest extent he took the water in his possession and forced all of it at the boy with full force, making the pressurization as powerful as a fire hose with enough power rip skin from the bones of a normal person. To add to the effect he made the water cold, something that could potentially make a person sluggish due to their body being chilled by such a drastic amount so fast.

Frost was not going to let this kid off easy, this was getting out of hand so he had to put him down fast. This could not be let to go on for much longer, if it did it might out other people at risk and that could not happen, not while Frost was there.

Ryuuga cursed as the dumpster he threw was thrown aside so easily. However, his eyes opened wide and he barely had enough time to let out a shout of 'SHIT' before the raging water impacted against him, throwing him through a building. His skin started to tear apart but his healing factor quickly healed any injuries he got, canceling out the attack. He got full body chills from the coldness of the water and he shivered as he surfaced and got back to his feet. He let out a string of expletives as he glared at Frost and lifted his leg up before dropping a heel kick into the ground and sending a shockwave to rip through the ground and knock Frost off balance. While the shockwave was still active, he quickly charged at Frost and threw a spinning kick at the side of his face.

Frost watched as he the boy went through the building behind him and he could not help but hope that there was not anybody in the building that could have gotten hurt, but that was unlikely since this was the business district and it was still the weekend. Unfortunately the boy got up again, apparently he had a healing factor of some sort since there was not a scratch on him, and slammed his fist into the ground making a noticeable shock wave. The boy was already running for him again, readying to attack, Frost knew he could not take another hit like that so he did all he could think to do.

Using the tremble of the ground that had knocked his form off balance to his advantage, he fell to the ground, removing his body from the area that was being aimed for. Once on the ground everything seemed to slow down because of the adrenalin coursing through his body, this fight was getting closer than he had hoped it would, which was making it harder to fight given this kid’s strength. When the kid was over him, his fist still flying through the air at where Frost’s head had been a second ago, he brought all the water around them to his body making a dome of water with both of them inside.
