Hair: Very long and white. Reaches to her hips, and is usually tangled. When her power is in use it starts to float and is surrounded by her energy.
Eyes: They're very wide and innocent, slightly elfin in shape, and they're color is like the inside of a kaleidoscope.

Costume Description/Image: Doesn't wear a costume, just fights in whatever she's wearing.

Personality: Josie has very bubbly personality, always curious to learn more and often over-exaggerating her reactions. She acts very innocent, since she has the mentality of a very young girl, and isn't embarrassed by things other people would be, such as fighting in the nude and asking someone about something dirty in public, simply because she doesn't know any better. She is easily confused, and often has trouble understanding complex things such as math equations. Thus, Josie often tries to simplify things in her head, whether or not they turn out right.

History: Josie has no idea who she is, or even what she is, but she's absolutely sure she's very very very VERY old, even if she doesn't look like it. She doesn't know how she knows either, she just does. All she knows is that she was buried in the ground for a REAL long time. She is woken up when she suddenly hears someone say JOSIE! In her head. But when she tries to remember the voice, it keeps changing. But that's a problem for later, because when she wakes up, she realizes she's UNDERGROUND! Fortunately she finds out she doesn't need to breathe either, so she doesn't need to worry about suffocating, though it's going to take her a LONG while to get out. When she finally manages to get out, she finds an entirely new world she knows nothing about! And she's naked, though she doesn't care because she doesn't know it's a problem! Well, now she has to go out and find out who and what she is, and why she was in the ground. But wait! She hears a fight nearby! Finding her identity can wait for later, she has to find out what all the commotion is for!

Powers:

Flight- Josie is a very skilled flyer, able to hover with no problems, and can float around without having to think about where she's spinning.

Wall-Walking (1 EP)- she is able to walk on flat surfaces without the use of her hands. This power works by Josie thinking of the wall as 'down', and this prevents her from falling. As soon as she forgets that the surface is 'down', she'll lose her grip and will fall.

Energy Blasts(3 EP)- She can generate a special energy that she can concentrate in blasts, but they don't do that much damage. They'll throw someone back several feet, and leave a large bruise on a normal person, but the effect on metahumans and tougher regular humans vary. Her 'energy' also emits slight light, in a way similar to an Aurora Borealis. She starts glowing with her energy if she uses her blasts, but the effect doesn't spread to her clothes. Her light also has a strange calming effect to most who see it, most likely because of the shifiting pattern of the colors.

Healing Factor(1 EP)- Can regenerate, but it's relatively weak.

Increased Physical Ability- Josie is stronger, more durable, and faster than the average human.

Her face is cute, with a button nose and wide eyes, but not beautiful, and you can't tell what her ethnicity is from her features. Her skin is pale, but not white, from being underground so long.
