Incarcerated Villains (NPC's)

These are some of the Villains that were apprehend and now are serving time at Mandarin Prison,

You are all free to claim any villain you want your hero responsible for catching or even place new Villain in the prison. You play as a villian already, feel free to draw any connections to any of your peers that might be doing time, or even, do a little time yourself. You can try to break out, break an old friend out, or break a new friend out. Not to mention all the fun and engaging RP opportunities that this sort of environment can offer.

**Low Leveled Security: This serves as the prisons majority of it's population; around 850 in number. It consists of the common man criminal that are in some way connected to Meta-human criminal activity. Mostly henchmen, terrorist cell lab workers, that sort of thing. They are usually not super powered so they serve as the easiest to control in a facility that was constructed for controlling super villains. But don't get confused, this general population is a rowdy as the next; fighting, shower rapes, 'keistering' prohibited paraphernalia,and 'shanking' snitches; all the same problems as any other prison occur here as well. Due to their mundane nature no inhibitor collars are utilized.

**Medium Security:The second largest population in the Prison, numbering at 60. The first level of inhibitor collars are utilized, these are usually lower powered criminal but are still considered Meta-humans. Criminals not ambitious enough to lead there own organizations, instead working as hire muscle for true Super Villains. Although many lack the ability to think for themselves, they still pose a noted threat as many are still devote to their masters.

BIO:This black man raised in the ghetto always loved to set fires, a pyromaniac that found he no longer needed a light to create flame once his powers developed. He is street wise , but not book smart, he is a hustler and very dangerous when angry. Although the inhibitor collar removes his natural ability to become a human flame thrower, it doesn't dissuade him from his love of the hotter things in life. Even without his powers he has still managed to start three fires since his induction.

Bio:He is a burly French born Savate (French Martial Art) Master. Even with the dampening affects of the inhibitor collar this man still has extensive fighting skills. He is cocky and loves to fight. He openly defies authority, and is responsible for organizing the underground fight club on the prison floor and coinciding gambling ring.

Bio: What many believe is the modern day 'Elephantman', the giant is horribly disfigured. Standing nearly 8ft his is one of the largest inmates here. He is a 'tank' by all definitions of the word. He is as close to retarded as one can get before being institutionalized.He is easily angered and without the Inhibitor collar he could utilize his patented 'Stampede' charge. It is nearly unstoppable and would allow him to plow right out of the prison walls. He is easily manipulated and when used properly can be made very effective in a fight.

Bio: You guessed it, he used to be an ordinary henchman for an evil mad scientist, but after being killed in a super-battle, His evil master rebuilt his decimated body until he was more machine than man. Equipped him with a grim reaper like plasma Scythe. Once apprehended , all but basic life sustaining equipment was removed. The inhibitor collar functions to keep his powerful cybernetic limbs at normal human power levels. He is still very much, obeident to his creator, the founder of the Order of Enoch,AKA" He who's name which we do not speak".

Her exuberantly strong pheromones enable her to control peoples emotions on an instinctual level, she is master manipulate and sexual dynamo. The inhibitor collar may control her mutant ability but do nothing to control her ravishing beauty and devious mind.

Bio: She was 'The Madame's enforcer on the outside, she remains so while incarcerated.The inhibitor collar may drop her strength and durability to near human levels, it does nothing to curb her insatiable hatred of men and general bad attitude. Certain times of the month she is placed in solitary confinement for everyones safety.

***High Security:These are the fewest, yet most dangerous of all the prisoners. The are high level Super Villians and every one of them needs special attention from staff. They are usually highly powered and highly dangerous. Extreme caution should be utilized when ever in there presence, because although the inhabiter collars are set to maximum they still yield the most wicked intentions. They remain in 23 hour lock down in specialized individual cells.

Bio: Apprehended after a notorious band robbing spree, by new heroes, The Samaritan, Sul-Fury, and the Merciful Angel. He was a South American warlord becoming a living being of electrical energy that only added to his prowess. The inhibitor collar does most the work, syphoning of his energy levels to sustainable levels, The Samaritan took the madman's Tesla Coil amplifier as a trophy leaving essentially powerless without a new one.
