Abilities: Adaron can channel his arcane magic through his scepter to create focused arcane blast at his enemies. The scepter's true power can only be unlocked by Adaron because it was made by him, specifically for him, and to anyone else it is just a stick of wood, but when Adaron channels his magic into the scepter, the orb near the top of the scepter absorbs all of his energy and launches it out in a small blast that comes out of the mouth of the snake located above the orb. When the blast comes from his scepter rather than his own hands it becomes much more deadly because all of his energy is contained in one small attack that 'explodes' on the first thing it touches.
(The strength of the blasts is increased by one EP when charged and blasted from the scepter.)

Uhm, could you explain to me what 'adding arcane damage' means in terms of a post. Like, what's the difference that it makes? Does it make your explosions bigger or so?

So, in other words, it channels the power of two hands through the stick and focusses it? And it charges?

So this item's power is based on your characters EP? Okay, and you want it to allow you to fire a more powerful attack. That's cool, but it needs some sort of drawback. Like you can't do it every post. So after using it wait a post so it can 'recharge'. This item application is approved.
