Turret is also equipped with a billed officers hat that establishes his rank. He wears an eye patch and fluently smokes a corncob pipe.

History:After years of fighting street crime for the federally funded governenment organization, Turret, retired to the cushy job of prison warden. His is still eager as ever to show criminals why it is a poor life choice to pursue illegal matters.

Powers:Another project of America's Super soldier project, he is a throw back to the Korean conflict. After years of service under several Government instillations he has found a happy retirement as the Warden of the Mandarin Federal Prison. He was adorned with super, strength, endurance, durability, and the mildest case of healing factor. The latter only even coming in to context in keeping him viable at his extreme age.
