The Deceivers Arsenal

Name: Tesla Rifle
Abilities: The Tesla rifle shoots a high-powered arc of lightning at the selected target. (OUCH!)
Description: Designed by Gerald as a way to give heroes a very “shocking” memory of him, the Tesla rifle is Gerald primary weapon of choice.
Name: Control Gauntlet
Abilities: The control gauntlet, usually strapped on to Gerald left arm, acts as a sort of personal computer for the Deceiver. It has access to certain system commands, can act as a chemical analyzer, a scanner, has internet access, and can even play mp3’s! The gauntlet also acts as a communication medium for the A.I called COMBINE, an analytical A.I that is known to act as the Deceivers advisor.
Description: The control gauntlet is one of Gerald’s earliest inventions, back from his days before he took up the guise of the Deceiver. Over the years he has continued to update and upgrade it, allowing it’s system to run with the speed of some of the fastest computers.
Name: Web Grenade
Abilities: Upon detonation the web grenade unleashes a mess of steel cables that wrap around the chosen target. These cables are strong enough to temporarily restrain someone with a strength rating of three or four. Gerald usually carries three of these.
Description: A small technological looking orb that’s just a little larger than a base ball.
Name: Nano-Infiltrators
Abilities: Starting off thrown as tiny little silver orbs, they quickly unfold into tiny robots (about a few inches in length and height). These devices can be used in a variety of fashions, they can be used to sabotage other machines, unlock heavily armored doors, act as spies, and even hack computers by having the machines sneak into the machine it’s self, connect to its systems, and then using the control gauntlet to hack. Gerald keeps at least two swarms of these on his person.

These all seem very fair. (:
I enjoy them.
I approve them.. Though, the Tesla rifle needs to have a charge up rate, and an amount of charges it's allowed with it's power source at full capacity, etc.. I doubt it's solar powered.
