He was ways from home, here in Florida. Adriano was visiting his cousins here over his break. He sat under a palm tree at a beach not far from his cousin's place. He had with him a pencil and sketch pad. He would just simply...doodle his time away. He liked to draw in a special way. If he started to draw, he wouldn't take the pencil tip off the paper until he was finally finished. It gave things a very surreal look. Some would say abstract even. Forms of people would flow right into what would have been waves and that into what would have been the rest of the ocean. It amused him so, the final results of these doodles.

Soft foot falls carried her form forward. She was in need of a relaxed day at the beach. She had a bag hooked over her shoulder, and her feet were bare. Her left fingers were curled around the straps of her sandals. A long, flowing white dress was casually covering her swim wear. She let her eyes glance about. The beach was basically empty, other than a lone figure sitting by himself. She walked and placed herself a good bit away from him, trying to mind her own. She sprawled out her beach blanket and sat herself down, pulling her bag closer to delve for her journal. This piece of her life was something so dear to her. It helped her express herself more than anything else. Despite being such a leader, and important person, she needed nothing more than some quiet time; or some quality time with another individual. She hummed to herself and leaned over her journal, scrawling in beautiful cursive a few words. 'Today... is a good day,' she had written, her pen lifting for a moment to only start drawing herself, relaxing on the beach.

The crunching of sand had brought his head up He looked around to see yet another person. It appeared she was doing the same thing as he. Simply drawing. Perhaps she was an artist as well? It would be...awkward to simply walk up to a stranger and ask them what they are doing. He simply continued to do what it was he was doing until a chance presented itself.
