Main Ability: Ability to control any form of metal, as long as there is the required amount of metal(only slightly more than is in the human blood) (He controls magnetism). Also has cosmic powers [Ability to shoot beams of cosmic energy] and can astral project his body (mainly used for spying since no one can detect his body unless he wants them to) though he can speak and hear during the use of this power, finally he can travel at extremely fast speeds and possesses super human reflexes (Kinda comes with his super speed).


How powers were given:
At the age of 20 the government sent him on a covert mission that was far more dangerous than his team was ready for. While on a space ship on the way to unexplored areas, a large asteroid hit his spaceship, this asteroid was surrounded by an unknown element, as Percival's ship lay destroyed, he breathed in this element, many believe it saved his life, as it acted like oxygen in the vacuum of space. This element is thought to have reacted with his brain giving him powers.

History:
When Percival was a small child he was sent to a private school, and excelled, he was a good natured student. He never got in any fights and always got good grades. His parents treated him well, and pushed him to become more successful, and an upstanding citizen. Percival graduated high school early at the age of 16, after graduating high school, Percival met a woman in college, Adeline, whom he would marry in the future. Upon graduating college at the age of 20 he pursued his dream job of becoming an astronaut. Only a few months into his career, he was selected for a covert mission to explore a asteroid with traces of an undiscovered element. This mission was very dangerous, however this information was withheld from Percival and his team out of fear it would cause the astronauts to refuse to participate. In space during the studying of the asteroid a dangerous space anomaly set the sensors off, instead of warning the team Percival's assumed best friend spent the time finding safety for himself. Percival and his entire team were killed in the depths of space, after being barraged by a hail of asteroids. Leading scientists believe that the chemical entered Percival causing him to obtain his powers and surviving in deep space. After a survey team retrieved the unconscious Percival and the dead body of his old friend huddled in a fetal position frozen to death from the vacuum of space, he fell into a 3 month long coma. Percival's test showed high brain wave spikes, and he awoke in a fit of rage, murdering the lab scientists and escaping. When Percival went to his wife, he found her married to another man, pregnant. Percival left without saying a word.

Ch.3 and half of 4:
In Chapter 3 Percival made his presence known and began to let people feel his true power. He started a new group of villains, a cold and calculating group of psychopaths. F.E.A.R.E would replace S.C.A.R in the running for the top villain organization. With Percival and Marshall at the head of the organization they recruited villains like Drift, and Cole. Percival allows F.E.A.R.E to instill chaos while generally avoiding the nuisance of heroes intervening. Percival has stayed out of Pain and Entropus' sights only fighting them each once or twice. Little did the heroes know Percival would be the hated enemy soon enough.
